The hotel was 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, and 5 minutes to Bangla road. There were several small pubs on the hotel's street. It was very clean, had a not so small balcony viewing the street. The owner of the hotel, Nico is a great guy. The safe box got broken and all our money and passports got stucked in. Nico got the box repaired first thing in the next morning and he lent us money for the night to spend. We will definitely consider staying in grand orchid the next time we travel to Phuket

Grand Orchid is a great place to stay in Phuket. Owners Nico n his wife, Phuy, are the best hosts ever. They treat their guests like family. I love the light complimentary breakfast. The coffee latte n the croissant is to die for. Light but filling. Facilities are basic but comfortable. Hotel is in a very good location in Patong just a short walking distance to the beach and the rows upon rows of good restaurants, bars, markets as well as high-end shopping. Great value for money. Highly recommended.❤️.

I liked the location on a dead-end street which made for a quieter atmosphere but yet still very close to the beach. The proprietors were awesome and very friendly and accommodating. We felt at home there!

An elevator would have been great, especially since I had to lug 2 large suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The property description didn't indicate whether the property had an elevator. Maybe they should, especially for guests with physical limitations.

Location was excellent, only 3 min walk to patong beach on the side road with dead end.

Bed is very hard and bed sheets had stains on them so I have asked for them to be replaced which was done the next day. I had a broken chair in my room and when I asked to have it replaced was told they don’t have any other chairs.

Everything was good. Ladies at reception are very nice. Actually I do like Thai people.

The one thing made me unhappy is the absence of the teapot in my room. But ladies at reception were always ready to help with hot water.

It’s location, price and space in the room is good

Most of the things are ok but perhaps they can use more proper towels some time there were towels with holes in it.

Really helpful staff! We checked in for one night as our accommodation had cancelled on us last minute so we were lucky to find a double room at such short notice in high season. Room was great and the receptionist was great going above and beyond to help us find restaurants/bars and give local information

A little expensive but we booked day of, so prior booking would have helped

These people are so nice. Help you with everything. And they even are cheaper for booking trips and scooters.

Hard bed.

The staff were the nicest from all hotels I stayed at. The location was really good.

No pool and I was on the 3rd or 4th floor so heaps of stairs but not so bad.
