I arrived after having read some reviews with concern but was very satisfied with the location and quietness I experienced in my room 301. Maybe lucky as there is construction happening behind the residence but no work was taking place during my stay. Internet reception was good also.

You must be prepared to climb steps up to 4 levels. For families with children probably not ideal as no pool. Do keep your room and bed sheets in good order as they check this before you depart.

I was surprised when I went to the place it's seems only restaurant but after the check in go to the room was very nice and very comfortable. Little rest after we come down to have something to eat and we had food at the bottom restaurant it was amazing and good very comfortable and very friendly staff.

I stayed many times in this hotel during my trips Royal Beach residence in Phuket and I can say same thing : super satisfied. Very nice and clean room . beautiful around and nice beach and bars. Excellent staff and service . I celebrated many new year eves here and everything was perfect. I will be back !

Very nice place same as I want on the beach very quiet and very comfortable it's good value of the money just 2 minutes from the walking street 3 minutes from the shopping and it's very good that the restaurant is at the bottom food is good all kind you need good for the children.highly recommend

The property was located above an amazing restaurant which we ate at twice during our stay! The staff were so friendly and recommended us the best beach to go to! The property itself was big, clean and located perfectly… a few minutes walk to the beach, markets and Bangla road!

It was very close to the baach. Just 50 meters from the beach very wide road and peaceful hotel has a resturant at the bottom witch is very convenient . Food is amazing.

Big room with balcony air condition is very cold. And big room very peaceful and metres very comfortable

Beautiful small hotel but clean , staff was kind and welcoming i got the pool view room , i dont think many rooms have a road view only. Staff so friendly But overall everything was ok . Just moment beach paly with kids many local shops available highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at this Royal Beach Residence . The location is very good, beach front and close to all shops and restaurants. Spa on sea view is amazing. Service was great. Importantly, we did suffer from mosquitoes like previous places ☺️

Best residence staff is very friendly that helps you all kind you need restaurant at the bottom is good very comfortable and all is that it's center every where walking distance.

One of the best residence very happy with staff restaurants at the bottom very nice Thai and seafood very fresh you can choose from the case. Room size is excellent with balcony you can see the ⛵🌊. Love it
