The location is good. Not far from the beach and all the beach road has to offer. Shops, restaurants, bath buses etc. Close to second road with all the shopping, markets, Junceylon etc. Quiet enough though that you can relax and sleep without all of the noise. Rooftop Pool adequate with plenty of Sun loungers. Beach view from the rooftop. Close to a 7-11 for refreshments etc. Fridge works well in room. Hairdryer. Plenty of towels. Lift to the 6 floors.

The location was perfect

All the staff were so nice polite, friendly and helpfull except one reciption lady who spoke in so hard way when i asked after 2nd day for room service. She told u must go out of hotel then only we will clean.when the cleaning staff came after i called them from cleaning the sider room the reciption came and shouting on them and told we have too much guest comming, as like i was not guest. But after i didnt gave her space she just told one lady will clean ur room and told the other go to other room, i didnt had issue with one or two ladies cleaning my room. Even they refused to change the bedsheet after a request as there were stains on it. There were ants in the room

Staff - awesome and friendly Rooms - clean and practice Bed - Was like sleeping on pallets and way too hard Location - Was great as it was near everything but alot of noise but only because of new shops being built which will be great in future. Pool - was good but needs to be open for night time swims as it's so too hot. Would definitely stay again as overall it was cost effective and they rent motorcycles. Staff were lovely

Hotel close to busy road,restaurants,bars,shops,money exchange etc...room was big and spacious with a litlle balcony,roof top swimming pool with salt water

Can hear noise from streets,but its not bad hotel its tourist raving outside all night long:) Bed was king size but with two seperate mattresses so in the the middle of the bed you can feel it

Everything you want from an expensive hotel is offered here at a budget price (even an umbrella in your room). Housekeeping spot on and lovely staff. Receptionist/manager Mint especially is very kind and efficient. The beach is just 2 minutes up the road, and a bonus swimming pool on the roof, with views and enough sun loungers.

Room was clean and comfortable, lovely views from rooftop. Comfortable bed and good shower. Laundry service was fast and convenient and well priced. Reception staff friendly : special mention to Pui who always had a smile for us, and helped us organise a day trip and our travel to Koh Phi Phi, she’s a gem! Ideally located with 15mins walk to town centre (bangla rd) and 5 mins to the beach! Would definitely recommend.

The location of the hotel is great and central...can walk anywhere. The hotel itself is clean and basic but considering we spent most of our time seeing sights and exploring, the accommodation was great and value for money. Minty and her crew were great and very friendly, they made us feel very welcome.

Location was amazing situated right in the heart of Patong Beach - nightlife and beach in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and convenience stores near by. Room was spacious with tea, coffee, jug, fridge, lockbox, beach and shower towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. Roof top pool with lovely views, friendly staff and daily house keeping. Bed was comfortable.

Room was a little dated and worn - shower shelf was broken (room upkeep could be better) A lot of outside noise due to being close to the main road.

Pui is great! She helped with recommending places to eat. We lost power twice due to a transformer blowing up, so everyone lost power. But she was there to help and answer my questions every day.

No real complaints. Just the mattress had a spring starting to pop through. The bed is located in a corner with a small wall on the opposite side. Feel a little boxed in.

A lovely hotel near by all you need. I didn't check how is it with the parking in the hotel as I have a car. The receptionist was very kind, suggested me where I could park the first night and for the rest of my staying she reserved a spot fir me next to the hotel. It was a very nice and helpful. The swimming pool on the rooftop is fantastic! Thank you for your service!
