I recently spent 6 nights at Patong Central Residence, and it was a fantastic stay! The location is ideal—right in the heart of Patong Beach, which made exploring the area super convenient. It was close to everything: the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet surprisingly peaceful once inside. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I felt comfortable and relaxed after a day out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it felt like I was staying at a friend’s place with the added touch of luxury. The staff were wonderful, always ready to help with a smile and great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. They made me feel welcome and were responsive to any requests I had, which added a warm touch to the experience. Overall, I’d highly recommend Patong Central Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Patong Beach. It made my trip so enjoyable, and I’d happily stay there again on my next visit!

The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. They are always smiling and keen to help you with anything you need in the hotel and around the town. The location is very convenient as well, walking distance to the beach, to the walking street and to many options of restaurants and shopping centre. The room was very clean and organised. No noises, even though my balcony was to the pool. I always slept very well.

The room could benefit from a few updates in the furniture, as some were old or broken, but nothing that impacted my stay.

Good location near patong central and short walk to beach . Family room fit big family comfortably and rooms are clean . Staff are very friendly and helful

Has elevator. Room was spacious. Has balcony which is useful because it is a beach town. They have someone at the front desk always. Good location. Also, they have a safe in the room.

They have a pool and they play gentle music there. Also the last night I couldn't sleep because the couple next door were having intimate fun.

Hidden away down a back alley off a busy road, quiet at night. Good pool with cheap drinks on offer. Loved the book swap library! Super helpful and friendly staff, clean room with comfy bed.

Thin walls meant we heard our neighbour on his phone call but the right place for our one night stay so not a deal breaker. Having another pillow on offer would’ve been good but also not a deal breaker.

Friendly staff, cozy nice rooms with view over swimming pool, location - 5 minutes walk from Bangla but far away enough from a main road to have a quiet stay if needed.

Everything i have liked from it. Its easily affordable with every facilties available.

They dont bring anything to your room if need. As i needed 2 bottle of water but i had to get down to take it..

The location is very convenient. The hotel is very close to main attractions in Patong, and also on a quiet street which can be crucial for a good rest and sleep. The owner is very helpful and the staff reflects his positive attitude towards the customers. You can ask anything about excursions, attractions and/or culinary choices. Rooms are clean and daily cleaning keeps the cleaning level high. Very good value for money. Thanks to Rafet and the staff for a very pleasant stay!

The swimming pool was under the construction which I didn't know at the time of booking. But we visited in the rainy season and didn't really miss much.

Merhaba :) First of all I arrived early in Phuket before check in and the hotel allowed me to go to my room early free of charge. The cleaners are wonderful and the room was always smelling fresh. The pool area is lovely with a bar. There is also a small gym. Everyone was very friendly and no one bothered me at all during my 12 nights at this hotel. The area is perfect as well. Close to the bars and restaurants and less than a ten minute walk to the beach. But you can sleep at night because it’s on a street away from all the noise. There are 2 elevators/lifts at the property as well. I would definitely come back and recommend to my friends.
