Everything, I often travel to phuket bit I never enjoyed the hotel that much even on expensive resorts. Abu Tarek the manager was caring like a member of the family, giving us great advices and addresses. Very comfortable and well decorated room and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect on the main street. It was quiet so not disturbed while sleeping. I highly recommend this hotel if I could give more stars I will it was excellent Thank you Abu Tarek and Bab alhara for this great stay.

Nothing everything was perfect

I have been to Patong 4 times, and Bab Alhara is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. I stayed 10 days at this wonderful hotel. The hotel was looks beautiful, the rooms are decorated to a very high standard and look amazing. The walk in shower is fantastic, and the hotel is spotlessly clean, with room service attending every day with fresh towels and bed linen. The WiFi was excellent for my whole stay, as was the air con, which is very quiet and doesn't disturb your sleep. All the staff at the hotel are brilliant and friendly, especially Saria, who accommodated me with an early check-in and late check-out on departure. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay.

Staff was very friendly and would help with anything you need, rooms clean, the pool a bit small, but the view is very nice from the top floor. It is nice, that the balcony was to the other side of the street, so it was very quiet during the night and it was very good to sleep. Bed very comfy. Have to say again how good the staff is there, very helpful, positive and friendly. Our flight got cancelled last minute and they were ready to help with fixing room for another day if needed. Stay here and you will feel taken care of.

Location of the hotel is nice, not too far from the beach and restaurants, but around there is a lot of sketchy massage places.

i liked staff were very nice and respectful. The floor manager Saria is very nice respectable and accommoding. The room is very clean and spacious with the balcony not to mention the roofpool. i did feel claustrophobic The hotel very near to Bangla rd. 5min walk. 350m from the beach. everything you need is a mins walk away. Very close to everything. i would be back and definitely recommend anyone who is looking for hotel.

i didnt like that the fact the i did not find much sooner. I stayed in Phuket for 3 weeks and stayed here for 1 week.

Homey. It’s clean and it’s quiet in our room. The design of the property is a middle eastern vibe.The manager was hospitable and very consolable for the inconvenience. There’s even an umbrella provided in case it rains. Close to the Otap market.

The photo featured looks isolated, but arriving at night the road going to the place was crowded for it was situated on the main road. A bit of false advertising for the restaurant is not available and the swimming pool is only available after 5pm-10pm due to the work being done in the property. It’s a new place so it’s still in the building process. Due to not many people the restaurant was closed. Not good when you just arrived at 10:00pm and really hungry and you need to find a place to eat.

Very clean hotel, the room was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The tv in the room was excellent. Location of the hotel was excellent, 5 minutes walking from Bangla road many food options close by and Jungceylon was 5 minute walk away as well where you can get food and shopping. The room was very nice and comfortable and the owner was a very helpful man who was always attentive and very helpful called a taxi on our last day. Overall I would stay at this hotel again when I come to Phuket :)

Nothing major, just would prefer if there was one time use slippers. And the cleaners threw away my cologne boxes which I stored my colognes in.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with a clean room and exceptional service from Saria, the manager, who was attentive and helpful throughout. The location is convenient, close to the beach and lively party spots. Plus, the proximity to restaurants open almost around the clock means you're never short of dining options, even late at night. While the view from the balcony is partially obstructed by nearby construction and buildings, you can still enjoy glimpses of the beach and mountains. However, the view from the pool is great. Overall, we highly recommend this place for its outstanding hospitality and comfort.

Amazing location. Super cool owner. Very specious and nice Lebanese/Arabic style rooms. And most of all, felt very safe. Terrace pool is amaaazing! Just that Rooms on lower lever doesn't have any good views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally quiet, so I slept really well. The bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of space to move around, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The shower was great – good water pressure and temperature control. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a perfect place to relax, and I’d definitely stay here again!
