Good location

clean room with good AC

Location was good, walking distance from Bangla road. Owner was very friendly. Good facilities in the room. Rooms were daily cleaned.

Some of the places were broken, need maintenance. They keep additional safety money during the checkin and return after checkout. Didn’t see any such requirement while booking. Also i dont know how they have the cvv of my credit card, i felt unsafe. This feedback is for booking.com on how they are ensuring my credentials’ security.

Things we love: 1) Superb location- just a few minutes walk to Bang la road, Jungceylon Mall, Patong beach etc, yet it's not noisy at all 2) Large room & bed size with ample storage- convenient enough for 3 of us, with luggages & stroller 3) Big size refrigerator definitely handy to keep foods & drinks 4) Friendly owner & staffs 5) Wifi provided 6) Working lift! No hassle to bring luggages up & down the room 7) Working water heater 8) They provide key access to the lobby door- ensure safety especially at night

Mattress a bit hard, maybe its time for some refurbishment

Great starting point ,close to everything non town!. I was here for holiday and dental work, and was within a blocks walk of- "Dental Signature."

In a side alley off a very busy street! With a lot of Massage places nearby which are very pushy!!

Daily cleaning, fresh towels, and new water in the fridge – such care for guests is very rare. Additionally, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent

The owner is very nice and responsive man, great communication. The room was very clean. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels, 2 bottles of water👍🏻 The location is very good. I enjoyed staying here!

The Hosts are really nice. The Room is huge and clean. Perfect location, it’s a small Street next to the Mainstreet, so everything is next but in the room it’s quiet.

Great owners, great location but set back from the main road so the rooms are quiet. The rooms are serviced daily so nice and clean. AC works well and the water is hot. Two local bars 20m from the guesthouse, check out the bar on the corner of the main road. Polly the owner is lovely.

Nothing to dislike but this is not a resort hotel. It's basic accommodation very well priced.

location is the best. you can reach beach in 12 minutes by walk. Banglaroad is 7 minutes from the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. everyday cleaning service. staff is helpful and ready to give you valuable advise about different questions. Also you can use elevator to reach your room which is really comfortable when you have a lot of luggage.

sometimes we found ants in our room, but it was our mistake when we forgot food on the table.
