The manager named 'Air' who runs this place is absolutely brilliant. My stay here was the best. Room was huge, comfortable, and very clean. Will be staying here again and recommending everyone to stay here. Perfectly positioned.

Super friendly staff, very cordial, friendly. Nice smaltalk, tries to fulfill all wishes, from time to time coffee and eating fruits together.

The location is perfect and is 5 minutes from Bangla road and close to the beach. Helpful that they can do a late check in.

The standard of the room was very poor, not what I was expecting from the photos and had to kill a cockroach within an hour. Very difficult to pay for the room as it was asked for via bank transfer and the lady host was very pushy about getting the money asap and continued to bother me even though the bank transfer stated it wouldn't be immediate. Didn't feel comfortable and left after the first night to go to another hotel.

Good localization, close to the patong beach and around a lot of facilities, not noisy around.

hotel nothing like the photos and the accommodation informs that there is a bedroom with private bathroom and private shower, but the shower only works for like 3 minutes in a row and then it stops for like 7 to 10 minutes! we spent all day at the beach and when we were back it was impossible to take a shower and wash the hair in a shower like that! It says that there is a TV in the room but it doesn’t work! We paid before even entered the bedroom and didn’t get to take a proper shower during our stay…. I asked to change the bedroom in the first night and I was told that the hotel was full, not true… maybe there wasn’t the same room I booked but there was other rooms available…. since mine wasn’t as promised when I booked they should have moved me at least…. in the last night they offered to change but we didn’t accepted… too much trouble…. aah they are REALLY worried about how much do you use of the facilities, the even go to you room when you are not there (any time) to check if you left something turned on. I’ve staid in cheaper and better places, I regret spending my money and time in this Hotel.
