Decent accommodation, located at the heart of Patong Beach, very near to the buzzling Bangla Street, steps away from the amazing beach, what else can u ask for.. The staff were kind and helpful and bubbly and even the owner, Eric was so humble Highly recommended to guests who are looking for decent, affordable, clean accommodation & great location, Big Boys is an amazing choice.

The stairs up to the room on 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor. Manageable. Tiny miny little problem.

When I booked this hostel, I had many questions, and they were all answered promptly. Before my stay, they introduced me to a wonderful cooking class. They even arranged for a car to take me from the airport to the hostel, and sent me a personalized photo message saying they would be waiting for me at the airport before I arrived. They were incredibly kind even before my stay. Not only did he offer me a welcome drink upon arrival, but he also provided me with his WhatsApp account and was always available to answer any questions I might have. As a solo female traveler, he was truly reassuring. On my last day, he allowed me to check out at 1:00 PM, instead of the usual 11:00 AM, free of charge. I was extremely tired, so I really appreciated the late check-out. He even arranged for a taxi to the airport. I've traveled to over 50 countries, but I've never experienced such attentive service before. It was truly amazing service. Thank you so much.

Everything was amazing; the room, the shower, the air-conditioning BUT THE STAFF MADE THIS 10000X BETTER ! I would like to thank Scott for his kindness and for always checking on us that everything is smooth - we could just message him on whatsapp and he would just respond after a couple of minutes. And of course you have to try their amazing loaded fries and burgers since they are one the best I have ever had in the world. Location is 10/10 ! Just 2 roads down from Bangla Road and still very quiet. Everything is nearby 7 11, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants. Also since they did not have an elevator in the hotel, they always caried all of our luggages even it was 3 small steps ! Affordable Price Location very for and professional Staff Excellent Value & Wonderful Service Near Patong Beach I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering its affordable price. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Patong Beach—which made everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Scott, who went above and beyond to assist and support me. While I can’t remember every name, the entire team truly did their best to make my experience enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the washroom could benefit from some minor improvements. This is not a luxury hotel, but it definitely offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent service.

I had the pleasure of staying at Big Boys Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts I could ask for, including a comfortable bed . The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to key attractions and local dining spots. The onsite facilities. The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the burgers downstairs Overall, Big Boys Hotel offers excellent value, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The entrance behind the hotel was not clear at first, but the staff cooperated with me and it became easy. All the staff were cooperative and smiling.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Phuket! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short, easy walk to the beach, surrounded by tons of shopping spots, massage parlors, and great local attractions. One of the unexpected highlights? The burgers at the hotel were seriously amazing — definitely worth trying! Plus, they offer free laundry service, which was such a helpful perk, especially for a longer stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a place with great food, an unbeatable location, and excellent service, this hotel checks all the boxes. Can’t wait to come back!

I didn’t have any issues but to let others know, there’s no elevator

Everything 10 out of 10, keep up the amazing work big boys! The nice young gentleman who welcomed me insisted to bring my suitcase and backpack up and to bring it down next day morning at check out as it has no elevator and I was located in the second floor. No sign of financial support to expected in return. After check in he checked it out in WhatsApp if it is everything all right/working well/enjoy it or not. The location cannot be better neither. Few steps away from the airport smartbus and it's substitutes also from the main shopping/party street, still in a quiet soi, therefore completely quiet (apart of a crazy Indian family with a screaming child until 1 am - not the fault of the accommodation). Size of bathroom is ridiculously huge, 10 people could dance around it. It has airports smaller size of toilets, like my bedroom. The shower pressure is the best in Asia. The bed is comfortable, A/C, WiFi, huge Samsung (!) smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access. Real seaview from the balcony.

Nothing I can think of, next time in Patong, I will stay here.

My wife and I loved our stay at Big Boys Bed & Burger. The room was clean and had air conditioning, a fan, a big bathroom with a window, and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable – we slept so well. Even though the location is central, it was very quiet. The best part was the super friendly staff, especially Ernest, the manager. He took great care of us, was always available, and checked in often to make sure we were happy. The burger place downstairs is also amazing. They serve fantastic burgers made with Australian dry-aged beef. Everything was perfect for us. We would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Big Boys Bed & Burger was amazing! The place is very central, but still nice and quiet. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was super comfortable – perfect for relaxing. The best part was the great service. Ernest, the manager, was always there and took care of everything for us. Another highlight: the burgers! We rarely had such good burgers – made with high-quality Australian dry-aged beef and so tasty. Everything was perfect for us. A big thank you to the whole team – we will definitely come back!
