We really liked the hotel, so decided to extent our staying in Courtyard. Excellent and well maintained pools, nice and big lobby area which is also the place for socialising especially when a few times a week the small band plays international songs. Good Wi-Fi across the hotel, modern TVs with internet access in the rooms. We’ve had Half-board and were happy to get quality food in hotel’s restaurant. Food was always very well presented and tasty, temperature was perfect. The personnel in the hotel is attentive and helpful: Front Desk, F&B, Housekeeping, Pool team, Maintenance. The staff is able for a “small talk” which was nice😊Special thanks to: F&B guys-Prae, Jame, Kate, Dome, Tina, JJ, Like, Chiefs Tor, Bay, Pang, Oak, Nut, Rut, Man, Yacht; FD-Anton; Pool - Mali, well done, Team!

The Premier room is a bit boring, nothing on the walls, no flowers, just walls and beds. There was some noise in our room which as we were explained by Maintenance guys was coming from the main Air Con. However, once we informed the Front Desk about the issue, they immediately gave us another room which was quite and not boring at all😊

Great looks and the beach is literally right nearby. We got the buffet once and it was very good as well. Activities are really fun too.

I don’t care, but it should be noted that the facility is quite large and the walk to the beach is close but it is a 5-6 min trek. If you have people who can’t walk well I’m sure the hotel can accommodate but you should keep that in mind.

For the price we paid £200 per night would have preferred the renovated rooms NOT block 7 around the back even though rooms are very clean just that old dark brown look but they are getting through each block and refurbishing them 🙏

Amazing property it’s on the quieter side of Patong beach perfect for families with young kids. Abt 15-20 mins walk to Bangla road. We had the pool access room and it was amazing also very close to other pools of the property. All of the swimming pool was really nice and closes at 8pm which was really nice. We also took half board menu was good as we could chose lunch or dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was the best also with lots of variety. We got to the hotel before 10am and they were also able allow us early check in at 10am. Staff are very friendly always smiling, welcoming and understanding. They provided plenty of towels and water in the room that you don’t need to purchase any from outside shops.

Only comment is the rooms need a good deep cleanse as there is a bit of dirt in the tiles and grout needs a good scrub in the bathroom area.

The facility is amazing. It's beautiful, it's clean, the food is delicious, the staff is super nice. Also, with the 3 pool settings, it's perfect for many types of travelers. There's a pool set up perfect for families with kids, another on it's perfect for anyone and there's one pool setting for single people and couples, for more quiet setting. The resort is also close to everything: beaches, downtown, restaurants, bars.... It exceeded our expectations.

The staff are amazing and will do everything to make your stay magnificent. The location is perfect. I was there with my 14 years old daughter and we had a great time. The food in the hotel is very good. The room are great. The gym is perfect.

Our stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Patong was truly fantastic! We stayed in room 3220, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were so warm and attentive, and the breakfast team even remembered our names and preferences, making mornings extra special. A big thanks to the wonderful maids, Enjoy and Ayo, who kept everything spotless and added such thoughtful touches. They even surprised our son with a birthday cake without us mentioning it, which made his day so special. Every moment felt personalized and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

The Thai people are the kindest, most accommodating people and the staff go out of their way to smile and greet you and of course help us with last minute requests. I had booked a double room for my mother and my children thinking the kids would share a double bed but the beds are large singles. When we arrived to check in, our front desk person had housekeeping set up a third bed in the room by the time we got there. The pools are comfortable and the grounds are spotlessly maintained. The rooms are modern and housekeeping left us a note when I accidentally left the Do Not Disturb sign on all day to contact them when we would like service. The breakfast is amazing! A lot of options for international cuisines and you can have different foods made to order including eggs/omelettes and noodle soups. Definitely worth every penny and actually was the best food we had in Patong. Try their egg specialty dish. The drinks at the pool bar are alcoholic as opposed to the watered down drinks you get in the tourist restaurants. All in all I would highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

There is access from the back of the property to the beach but it’s across a street with traffic. Also you have to watch your step and be careful if you have elderly or unsteady people in your party. The beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach are separately run and maintained so you pay a couple hundred baht for chairs and umbrella, so once you’re set up, it doesn’t feel close or easy enough to go back and forth to the hotel if you want something from your room or to use the bathroom.

The Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Rooms: were soundproof from each room. We actually had a connecting room for my son and we would have to go into his room to see what he’s up to. The rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. Bathrooms had good water pressure and plenty of amenities. The rooms were cleaned every day by Fern (who did an amazing job!!!). Food: a number of restaurants to choose from and theme nights as well. Excellent quality from the breakfast where every taste was fulfilled - from full English to Curries. Smokehouse was great for some upmarket dining across to Goodfellow’s for Pizza. Resort: so many pools. Discovered another after 5 days - yes I’m serious! From pool play parks for young kids, to the water slides for bigger kids (and young at heart adults!), to the swim up bar pool (Happy Hour 4-6pm), through to the Adult Pool. Service at the bars was fantastic. They even got a fan for me each day when it was super hot so I could sit comfortably at the Pool Shack. Endless Summer liked a lot of fun on the Thai New Year day with dancers, great music and foam party. Need to come back when I can leave the kids behind!

Downsides: Beds: were hard. We asked for a topper (which they provided) but still way too hard. We asked a few other couples and the feedback was the same. Spa: why not put a massage, spa area on site. Some of us don’t want to risk the “something special” on the high street. Missed opportunity there!
