The location and wonderful staff

The bed was really hard. Bathroom was terrible, old and dirty

Perfect location. Sea view rooms are really nice. Huge rooms with a fab view! A good pub street right next to the hotel.

Limited facilities. Looks old - needs renovation. Pool area definitely needs a re-do!

Very nice hotel in a very good position. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and well appointed with a very comfortable bed and a small balcony that fronted onto the side road. It was kept in very good clean order by housekeeping.I enjoyed the pool which was kept very clean. Yes as some people have mentioned there were the odd leaves around but it is in a garden setting so you would expect this, it does not mean the pool is not kept clean.The hotel is so near to the beach you can always swim and sunbathe there. The Bus for Phuket town stops right outside on the round about. WiFi was faultless.

There was some noise from the bars opposite at night. This did not really bother me, but I think some people might find it a nuisance. If so I would suggest they book a sea view room. I was aware of this when I booked and I paid accordingly for the cheaper room which was fine for me. The pool is very near the road and there was always some background noise, no issue when listening to my music. Bathroom was a bit dated and the shower enclosure could have been better. None of the above are complaints just my observations.

Location ,view ,size of the room

Bed sheets covers clean and fresh but the pillows and duvet smell.It looks a bit run down ,restaurant not working properly ,bar near the pool closed .This place have such a good potential.After all because of the view and size of the rooms will definitely consider it in future

Room was clean & good size for our family. Bathrooms were big & clean. Beds were hard, although they added another layer to make it softer on request. Our room faced the side street, still had ocean view but the bars across the road were noisy late into the night. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious & convenient.

Went here after an ant infestation at Le Maroc hotel. The sea pearl beach resort saved my last day of vacation. It's so clean and nice inside and out. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. It's literally 50 ft from the beach and a 5 minutes walk to everything in patong. Highly recommend staying

The TV was not usable. No smart TV. That's annoying at the end of a night. The view in the room wasn't much of one. But who cares. Just go out the front and see it all. Maybe a ocean view room would be better. But for the price... no complaints here. Worth the money.

Location

The breakfast is not good. There is no variation in the menu. They offer only two sets of meals. I strongly recommend switching to the buffet breakfast program.

Good sized room, with a small balcony overlooking the Ocean. Location perfect. Staff very helpful, cleaned everyday. Good value for money on the whole

Room a little outdated now and bed could have been more comfortable

The pool was lovely and clean, The location is close to all the action and a 7/11 nearly next door The beach is across the road and it’s the quieter end of Patong beach staff were lovely Room was comfortable Killer aircon

Lots of unused space in the building, it is a beautiful building with lots of areas that are unused where they could really maximise it a lot more

lobby area too depressing, dim and unattractive. mosquitoes were plentiful in the lobby area
