Great accomodation, the room is almost new and was super clean at my arrival, you'll have a splendid seaview from the furnished balcony, smart tv, (finally) a shower that don't flood the bathroom (seems hard to find in Patong hotels) and, of course, is super easy to arrive at the beach (10m away). Alex and his staff are super friendly, in the restaurant/bar at ground floor you can have italian breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The pillows where to soft for my taste, i can suggest to add 2 more pillow or choose something more firm. That's it

Prime location, 20 mins slow walk from Bangla Road and 3 mins walk from the beach, and exceptionally hospitable staff. I stayed in room 1, which means no window view but it’s much quieter than other rooms as it is away from the noisy street in front of the hotel.

No hanger or hook in the shower for a towel. The room is perfect for 1 but way too small for 2.

You would not get a place to stay so close to beach at this price anywhere. We took the beach view room and boy that was the best decision ever! Small feedback is locker facility should be made available which makes me a little paranoid other wise value for money

Location is good, restaurants are all around. Balcony view is great. Love the high chairs, great little conner to have some drinks.

Next door restaurant open till 2am. Normally they are ok. Only one night, they had client birthday party, Karaoke last till they finish. Beside this, no other things to complain.

Amazing place right next to the beach, view is stunning especially at the evening, everything is so close bangla street 5 min walk away, shops, street food, restaurants, bars, weed all in walking distance.

Door from balcony to the room is not sound proof, so it's a bit noisy coz it's right next to the road, but be sure it's not a big deal coz after all daily and evening activities you will sleep like a baby)

Great location just in front of the beach. Central yet quiet. Amazing cafe downstairs. Clean, new rooms and friendly hosts!
