Loved everything. I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was incredible. Cleaning staff is great, room is wonderful, view is incredible, and location is perfect. Get a motorbike for 300 baht a day or less and can travel anywhere easily. Can walk to many places nearby, Bangla road is maybe a 10 minute walk away - perfect for me as I like it quiet when I sleep but still able to party easily. Bed was big and nice, can comfortably fit up to 4 people. All around, I had a great 3 weeks here. Park motorbike right out front, cleaning staff is efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. Room is great, view is great, location is great. I was on the second floor with the deluxe sea view and loved it.

The drain in the bathroom needs to be covered with a hande towel - just fold it once, cover the drain, maybe spray some water on it, and then you will have no issue with a bad sewage smell. Learned that my first night. If you leave the drain uncovered, the room will smell. That is really the only issue. Besides that, there is no elevator, but that did not affect me at all during 3 weeks as I was on the 2nd floor.

Im about to go for my 3rd time in February so that should count if your reading this and probably won't stay anywhere else now I've discovered it.first thing first the room was lovely and well worth the price. No issues with the shower but i did block the toilet a few times but thats probably fault thinking about it 😅 The location is absolutely perfect 👌 Next door there is a massage business and I went there every day (good prices). About 30 steps forward, there is an excursion hut where you can sort all your day trips and what not. 40 more steps there's the best 7 11 in all off patong. It's in the corner away from the madness and I slept perfectly every night. I know the pool looks small but I loved it! Beach view and loved watching the world go by. I even had people ask about the hotel as they walked past haha. I must of been lucky each time i went because i always got the pool to myself! The staff was brilliant 👏 a bit of a language barrier of course so be patient with them because they bend over backwards for you ar times and they are so sweet. They even upgraded me half way through my stay! The cleaning staff was awesome too. So please leave a tip for them because they work hard. In the room there is a hairdryer, safe and even a beach bad for you haha. Ask for a iron if you need one. Air con was so so good too. Its such a good price for what your getting at this place. What else can I say.....book now before everyone gets on to it. Roll on February 26th it cant come any faster.

Not much to say here if I'm honest but if I'm going to be picky I'd say sometimes guests was loud walking past room but that's nothing to do with the hotel it's just people having a good time. And that only happened twice.

The room I booked was amazing with beautiful view from the balcony. Straight walk to the beach with restaurants and convenient stores and restaurants all around. A bit of walk to bangla road 15m. I'll be staying here again for sure.

The initial room given was not exact one show in picture at time of booking, but staff was helpful enough and changed the room 2 days into my week stay. Sucks a bit that there are no elevators, which means walkin up and down 3 to 4 floors every time you're in and out the hotel.

super cool location. beach in front of the hotel, there is 7eleven and many massage places around, not far from very center, so it’s not that noisy (still you can hear the other guests talking on stairs and sometimes very loud tuktuk cars passing by, but stil compare to other hotel it’s quite calm I guess. for all who are very sensitive for noise I recommend to stay in elephant jangle area!). when I woke up every morning I heard birds singing… just what I wanted. then curtain open, sea is there! and staff was nice. I’d stay again this hotel if I come back. satisfied !

It was ok for me but if you are handicapped, I wouldn’t recommend. you might need to walk up for 1or 2floors without lift.

The staff was incredible. Front desk, housekeeping, the maintenance man all were so friendly, kind and very efficient. The location is superb; a 10 minute walk to Bangla Road but yet on the quiet end of the beachfront road. I stayed in one of the service apartments which was spacious, comfortable, a great balcony, plenty of storage and a moderately equipped kitchen; enough to cook 3 meals per week during my 2 month-long stay here.

No ceiling fans in the rooms and I noticed other apartments had them.

On the quieter end of Patong so less noisy. It was clean, modern and large compared to most places we stayed. Staff cleaned everyday and towels and bedding were good quality.

We got a room on the first floor with no balcony, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed when in the room as it was right in front on the pathway in. We would have loved room 205! If booking, be mindful that not all rooms have a view and that there is no elevator.

The hotel staff was friendly in every sense of the word. Anything I needed was provided. Thank you, and I will stay again on any next trip. To Phuket.. But you should know that there is a building that does not have an elevator and the room is small, but it met my requirements and I have no problem with that.. The other building has an elevator and the room or apartments are very large.. Thank you all 😇.. Before I forget There was an employee, I do not remember her name, but she was short and she worked in the reception department. She was extremely polite and very nice ❤️😇👌

The staff was so kind and very helpful. I was so comfortable that I decided to stay an extra 2 days. The room I had was already booked so I booked a larger room. The views are amazing and it's walking distance from Bangla Road. I will definitely choose this place again when I return.

The reception closes at 12am so if you have a late night/early morning arrival, you can't check in until the next day. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

The area that the hotel is very convenient

No escalator so had to get bags up to top floor

Overlooked the beach & it was in the quite part of Patong. Within walking distance of all the strips of shops etc. Close to Bangla boxing stadium & the night market

No lift & a lot of stairs if you’re on the 4th floor. We did know this when booking & it was ok for us. The pool area is tiny. But the beach is right opposite. They have 3 very large fish contained in a small compartment as you walk into the hotel, not ethical.
