Unfortunately our room was close to the roof where several air conditioned systems work with noticeable noise during the night so resting hasn't been very comfortable.

The sea view was magnificent Location

No room service at night There were bugs at night especially when we go out and come back to find the bed full of bugs and we called the room service but not available at night , reception staff tried to help but it was a daily issue

Renovated hotel at the southern end of Patong Beach. Very quiet, no music or parties in that end of the beach. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. We traveled with kids, and they were always entertaining. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Breakfast was included and was great, and a la carte (finally not buffet!l)

This is just incidental, but since we were traveling with 2 infants using strollers, our room was in the mezzanine of the second floor, so we had to go down a couple of stairs after the elevator. That was painful since we had to carry and manually lift the strollers between 2 of us every time. I would recommend the hotel to avoid using that room for guests with strollers or wheelchairs (which would make the access impossible).

Room smelled a bit like mold

The room was stunning, comfortable and huge. I wanted a relaxing weekend next to the beach, and this delivered exactly that. The bathroom had a massive tub, so I was able to chill in the bath which is a nice luxury. The pool had a fab view over the beach. The location is good if you don't want to be close to the noise and bustle, there are still bars and restaurants nearby so it's not isolated. The main strip is a 15 min walk away, the beach is right across the road.

The lift buttons were difficult to use

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. We also had a good view and it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was better than most and they had facilities for other meals as well, including great room service.

One of the shower taps did not work, even after having someone come in to assist. We also didn't get the room we requested, which led to us having the hotel's sign being in front of our window, both blocking the view and creating light at night. The staff also only spoke limited English, making full communication hard.

Quiet place to stay amidst the bustling nature of Patong Baech. The pool was a great place to take pictures. Within walking distance of Phuket Smart Bus towards Old Town, the bus schedule is one bus every hour and 1 hour duration ride. Breakfast was pretty good (American and Congee set). Their bistro which served pizza was pretty good as well.

The bathtub was beside the sleeping area in an isolated corner with a small partial view of the beach—not a big deal, but not really my thing.

Location is spot on - on the quiet side of Patong beach - and the beach is just across the street and Bangla road is about 18 mins walk from the hotel. There are planty of great restaurants around as well. Breakfast was also amazing. The rooftop pool has amazing views. We had the partial sea view room and it was big enough to accommodate one futon bed and one double bed and could have also included a crib.

Staff parked their laundry carts outside our room despite us calling that out - that created a negative experience going in. Also the tub outside in the room was funny as everyone on the street could look into the room regardless.

Staff were friendly. They helped us with early check-in ( about 3 hours before the actual time) The food at the restaurant and cafe is delicious and reasonable prices.

The room was spacious, comfortable with a nice view. The location was great if you prefer not to be in the noisy, busy area. The food in the restaurant was great both for breakfast and dinner. The pool on the roof was a nice addition.

The bathroom had a bathtub with an amazing sea view, but due to the low floor our room was on, everybody could see from the outside so the blinds were closed all the time. We asked for a higher floor but there was no available room. In front of the hotel there were a lot of boats so if you want to enjoy the beach you should go a little farther. We were staying just for two nights and that’s why we asked for trips from the hotel before arrival. They told us upon arrival we can choose and book a trip. When we checked in late in the evening and asked the receptionist he told us to speak with the day shift.The next day when we did it they said it’s too late for booking a trip so we had to waist more time to go around the city asking for tours instead of enjoying the little time we had.
