Clean Tidy

Not sure why we should have to pay for ice for around the pool area or for the room if we are having a few drinks . This should be supplied if asked for.

The pool was a decent size and the room that I stayed in was an adequate size. It was also nice that a shower/bath was available too. The location is very good not too far from the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and the breakfast and hotel menu was very good with lots of options to choose from.

Everything matched my expectations

the position is absolutely ideal since is just in front of the ocean (you need cross the road and you are at Patong beach), but also 5 minutes away from the "movida", shops, restaurants, etc...

Last 3 yrs I am stayed that hotel but this time hotel room not good condition. Such as air condition not working. Hair drayer not working. Tea pot not working. Maintenance becomes poor.

The outside was lovely Repainting everything. Tne gardens were amazing

The Rooms Was old dark worn out need revamping. The bathroom was full of leaks and mold

the location very nice. not to far from patong central mall. you can walk around 5 minutes to be there. the design of hotel are good and suitable for couple also to honeymoon. all staff are friendly and helpful. they will contact you if you tour guide already arrive to pick up you. everyday they will change your towel and clean the bedsheet and replace anything you use in room. make sure to keep your item saved. so far, this is the best hotel to stay at phuket. environment are vivid and far from city so that you can have a good sleep there. only the sound of wave from sea. the room is sound proof cause we didnt hear anything from other room like child crying or screaming or anything. we had good sleep though.

I stayed one week in July. Location and vibes is great during the day specially on the pool. Directly front beach with amazing view from the rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Internet wifi inside the rooms was very weak and not loading pages. We have one kid and no sofa bed in the room, we had to sleep all of us on one king size bed. Breakfast buffet is same everyday with no changes at all. There is no activities in the night at all inside the hotel, the hotel cafe closing very early and even the lobby is not air conditioned to seat at the night.

The property is a great location. Right across from the beach. Good breakfast and nice pools.

They advertise laundry service on site, but you have to walk 0.5 km to the laundry place. The hotel does not offer laundry service. The WiFi was terrible I couldn’t connect the first two days. They require $100 USD deposit in cash. This was not advertised anywhere, so I was surprised when they asked for it on arrival. Fortunately I had enough cash, but if I hadn’t the ATM would charge over 10% in fees.

We were a little apprehensive about the location when we booked as it looked a little way out. We soon found that everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance or when raining easy enough to grab a taxi. The swimming pools and sunbathing were superb. The staff bent over backwards for us, they arranged an early check in for all 4 of our rooms and let allowed late chec out on two of the rooms. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Safe for the reason under 'what didn't you like?', We loved this resort. The room we eventually ended up in was just great. Spacious and very modern. Facilities in and around the resort are on point. Location of the resort is great. Situated on the quieter end of Taweewong road. Easy access to pool(s), and the beach. A short walk to every convenience you can imagine. The staff, except for the lady at reception, were warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The Manager is exceptional! He managed two complaints received at the same time effortlessly and with Grace. Highest praise. We may not have ended up in the room we booked, but due to the care in which our complaint was dealt with, we felt we received an upgrade for sure. I would 100% recommend this resort.

The room we were assigned was not the room advertised on booking.com. We spent hours at reception trying to come to a resolution. The lady at reception was uncooperative. She was dismissive and made us wait a really long time when we asked to speak to someone else. The entire time waiting we were mostly ignored and made to feel as if we have no cause to complain, and that the room we booked was the room assigned, it was only when another quest came down with the same complaint and raised a little hell that the lady at reception called the Manager to come speak to us. The experience was exhausting and unpleasant.
