Busy location - if you looking to be close to night life and Bangla road this is for you. - if you looking for a quieter holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket then this place is probably not for you. Directly opposite the Patong pier - pro: easy access to Yona beach club, boating activities - con: can get very busy and noisy esp when the cruise ships dock for the day More vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice. Drinks tasted watered down

I like that the bed is super big and comfy, comfortably fit 2 adults and a toddler. My toddler enjoyed the pool and the bathtub very much! The breakfast was good, not exactly a spread but more than enough for us. We also love the pop-a-pancake machines which made nice pancakes. The hotel is also super close to many shops, including 7-11 and many taxi outside the hotel as well. What I love most was the staff of the hotel, Nick, Noona, Mint and the team was great, they made sure that we enjoyed ourselves during the stay.

There is nothing we didn’t like. Except that we could hear the sound of vehicles at midnight, but it didn’t really bother us much. So, probably not suitable for people who are sensitive to noise.

The location was ok, at the very end of Pa Tong but in a walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff and one of the waitress, now I regret that I didn’t ask her name but with short hair, they were super nice and good as well as the housekeeping. But the rest of the service was bad I must say.

Over all it was good but some of the staff was really bad especially the ones at the bar. They don’t have any standard. There was only one girl who was very much into everything with short hair but her rest of the team were completely lost. We had to wait half an hour to give order, The coffee they served first day was much better than the day after. And if you are not ordering food they don’t really care what you order. The coffee we had on our last day was the worst I have ever had. On our last day we asked for plate and knife and we were told that they can not give us knife 😂 It was hilarious 😆

we all like the hotel. The room is clean and big. The staffs are very friendly .The hotel is near the beach and the location is very good.

The position of the Hotel is fantastic,as it is Patong but just South of it,so close to everything but far away by the noise,plus walking distance from one of the most beautiful beach in Phuket which is Freedom Beach. The Breakfast location is amazing just see front,very tide and well organized and with many products.

The only thing i would say about the breakfast is to put some good granola and muslie and dry fruit selection and change slighly every few days the variety of sweet products,as there was lots of savory food that get changed every day,while the rest was the same for all 9 days we have been there. But apart this everything was good!!!

1) First and foremost it is a very beautiful property. 2) Everything was very clean. 3) The staff were very friendly and it was value for money. 4) The Pool is well maintained and it looks exactly how it is promoted. 5) Very close to the Patong Beach and the notorious Bangla Street. 6) I stayed on the 2nd Floor but the view from the 4th Floor is breathtaking

1) The WIFI is something for the hotel to work on considering it does a lot of things right. It was at best on 1 bar on the signal strength. 2) Not a big spread on the breakfast.

The location of this hotel is really good. It’s closer to everything to can think of. It’s all just a walking distance. The hotel is nice and cosy, small and not so overcrowded.

The smell from the bathroom was really unpleasant. I think something needs to be done with that because that smell made my towels smelly too. There is a lot of plumbing maintenance that needs to done. So much leaking from the bathroom. The last thing the breakfast was really not so versatile. We had the same thing for over 5 days. They need to do better with that.

I didn’t like leaving!

This was a last minute booking as our other hotel got cancelled due to a misunderstanding. I am glad it happened, as we got to experience this quirky and new hotel. It was kept up really well, clean, and had we had a comfortable time staying there. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was decent. The beds were comfy and the washrooms were clean. It's very much closeby to the beach and central town area so we could walk to most places.

Can't think of anything during our short stay.

The location is very good at the other end of Patong Beach before Amari ramp. It is good for families and anyone who doesn't like living in the middle of the Bangla scene in patong. But still if you want to go there it's about 15 min walk or so. It is walking distance from 7 eleven and Malin Plaza. It has a nice pool. The sea is directly in front of you. Room size was good as well. And it had a balcony. The staff were very friendly even though the first time I spoke with them I was tired and angry, but they treated me professionally and tried to help with everything within their power.

For my brother, he is a gym addict and wished if they had even a small gym room. But there is a big gym within walking distance as well. Also, when the ac is on, especially at evening time there is weed smell in the room. Which, wasn't comfortable for the family. I am not sure where it seeps in from. But the staff tried to help and use a diffuser machine to keep the room smelling normal. It wasn't a bulletproof solution but it helped and showed their willingness to help and I appreciate that.
