Superb value for money! We booked 1 night that too on Christmas, but for just THB 1,690 we got room that was big, clean and well maintained! There were 3 of us, so the fact that we got 3 single beds was a big plus. The hotel overall gave good vibes, and it felt really nice to not spend much and get such a good room. Location wise seems a bit far from the main city, but the Tiger Park and Underwater World are in walkable distance which was pretty cool! Be advised that the cafe that's near the reception area is closed, so don't be fooled by the board outside that says "Bear's Den Cafe"!

Staff were polite, but I really wished at least some of the staff spoke proper English or any other language that's more commonly understood by foreign tourists! While they thankfully did allow check-in 2 hours earlier than their designated time, we faced great difficulties in calling and asking them if such early check in was possible or not. I also didn't like that they charged us extra 100 THB for checking out just an hour late. In every hotel I've been to thus far, in any country, usually hotels won't mind if we check-out just a little later, but these guys did not accept anything and we had to pay 100 THB per hour!

Its a pet friendly hotel, facilities not that complete such as kettle in the room and you need to ask a permission to borrow a hair dryer in the front desk. But the place is clean and had a great breakfast with beautiful and decorated place to eat.

This is a very nice hotel for those who got the Pet. They even have Pet food and snacks available in the hotel to buy. Staff is friendly. Location is not far from the Jomtian beach. If rent the bike its just 5 minutes ride.

Hotel should check on dog owners that they should not let their Pet urinate and leave it like that. The only thing I don't like is some dogs just urinate in the lift and corridor and their owner just leave it like that. Hotel must request every guest to keep hotel clean.

It's my first experience for the pet friendly hotel and it was amazing. The staffs were friendly with the guests and also guest's pets. I got 4 bags of cat food for my cats as well. Very recommended.

There is only 1 tissue paper in my room.

Everything OK. I had a motorbike and could easily get to jomtien beach otherwise you'd have to get a taxi I suppose. I believe the hotel will call a motorcycle taxi maybe. Its cheaper or use Grab taxi

Cheap and excellent hotel. 4km away from Pattaya downtown but you can get a taxi or drive a car/ motorcycle. Its nice and quiet. We had a great stay here.

The only thing is the staff doesn’t speak English but this is not a big deal I guess. We used google translator.

Clean and big room, clean bathroom as well. Loved the breakfast, bread quality and taste was good. Near to tiger park.
