The views of the beach from the Balcony were to die for... totally blew me away because it felt you were staying right on the beach... Great Location for the Hotel... the Staff were all lovely and friendly...

the Breakfast Coupon process was a bit of a faff... having to remember to take your coupons etc... but the food choices were OK

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were excellent, the views were stunning, and the beach was clean. Everything matched our expectations, creating the perfect setting for a memorable experience.

The only point to mention is that the rooms were not fully soundproof, especially the balcony windows, which allowed outside noises to be noticeable, particularly late at night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was nice to stay in a hotel directly across from the beach, and outside of Pattaya. There is a night market just up from the hotel with great food, drinks and entertainment. The hotel is clean, the room had no problems, was spacious and had complimentary fizzy drinks, water and snacks. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom had toiletries, but definitely bring your own conditioner, you'll need it in the salty sea air! Sitting out on the balcony looking at the beach was great. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, and you can sit outside on the rooftop or inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asking for advice to get a bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport. For the price, we definitely got great value!

It didn't bother me, but some nights the live music/ karaoke from a nearby bar was quite loud. I could hear it from my room with the balcony door closed. If a guest has early morning plans, it could be a nuisance.

Right on the beach, they provide free beach towel. The swimming pool is small but cozy. Breakfast is awesome.

Furniture and interior are a bit old and have that old smell. The washroom does not have appropriate curtain, so when you take shower - everything gets wet. Staff are not very knowledgeable about the local facilities, no matter who you ask. But they will help you if you need anything while you are staying at the hotel!

Perfect location, just walk out of the door straight onto the beach. Staff very attentive. Room, although not overlooking the beach was very clean, room clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast area on the 5th floor with tremendous views, food very acceptable. Good car parking underneath the hotel. Had a meal in the evening, food excellent and cocktails out of this world.

Beer served in larger bottles, rather than standard 330ml size.

Good breakfast on a rooftop cafe with a view to the sea. Also has a pool at the 2nd floor. Friendly staff and location is decent if you fancy the beach. Price is good for the quality you receive.

The wifi disconnects every time you leave the room and have to login again. If the room doesn't have a view to the sea, then it is not great. Location is a bit far away from the main attractions.

Top situated directly at the beach. Seaview room was big and had an undisturbed view, even from the shower. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Fantastic views. .

Apart from the friendly check in staff, everyone was not communicative and you had the feeling as if one was disturbing the staff, especially at breakfast.

Our four days stay was great. The location is perfect if you want a beach front in reasonable price. Staff are polite. AC was working well. Shower room is big enough.

The only thing I don't like is the throw pillows, it's very smelly. It's been unwashed for so long I guess. The towels was also smelly. I preferred to use white towels and you have blue towel. Over all was great.

My sixth time at the seaside jomtiem and it just gets better, the hotel and the rooms have had an extension make over during lockdown, the rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, the front of the hotel has been transformed to a high standard and now there are ample parking spaces, thought, time and money has been put into the hotel , the staff are friendly and excellent, nothing too much trouble, Jack in particular is outstanding and helped me and my wife on numerous occasions, many thanks to all the staff and management at the seaside jomtiem, a good 11 night stay , we will be back next year , highly recommended

breakfast was good, service was very good. the location was very good. many good eateries in the area.

less Russian people, but i know there's nothing you can do about that.
