The house is located in a quiet area of Kata, but still at a walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the town (~15 min). Still, your best bet is to rent a scooter to get around. Even our flight was delayed, the host was kind to wait for us until late in the night to check us in. Also, she was really responsive, helpful and friendly, always being there to help us with all of our needs. The house is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail, and really clean. The cleaning ladies were also really kind and polite. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking. Also, the jacuzzi was also so inviting, with the water having a perfect temperature.

A bit pricey, but the quality of the service and great amenities makes up for that.

The villa is amazing, very clean. The house manager Patchalita was excellent, very friendly and could not have done more for us on our trip. She gave us reccomendations and organised transport for us daily. Lots of things quite close by, 15 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to bars and restaurants

The villa is located at the top of a very steep hill! Many taxis either refused to take us to the villa or charged us alot more than usual, because of how narrow and steep the road is. Walking down is fine, but walking back up can be a struggle. That being said it didn't ruin our stay.

Amazing villa with modern design and a beautiful view. It has a fully equipped kitchen and average one bathroom per room. Every room had a strong AC and the outdoor common area has enough fans to keep the temperature comfortable

The hill in front of the villa is quite steep for carrying grocery up. Walking up and down on our own was fine but when carrying grocery, it’ll be better to call Grab or Tuk Tuk

Everything was perfect. Amazing villa. Amazing host and staff. Nothing was too much trouble from showing us best places to eat, help us organize trips and best place for massages. We tried them all and was not disappointed. The location of the villa was a 20 min walk to beautiful Kata beach which was ideal as we could stroll back from the beach and call into the night market for street food then sit by the pool with a chilled glass of wine and watch the sun go down. The villa had everything you could wish for and if it was nt then "Toni" ( the owner ) would accommodate.There is not enough room on this review to say how amazing this villa was. We are definitely going to stay here again. Soon.

Everything was great, the villa is on the hill, so getting there a bit challenging.

The view is stunning at the villa, and very nice restaurant nearby the villas. The owner prepared fresh fruit everyday. Everything was very good overall. Thank you.

Such a wonderful place with nice sea view. Private and quiet it was a very good time over there with my family. The owner was very available for each of our request included transportation to the very close restaurant and beach. The welcome fruit set was delicious.
