The room was spacious enough, there was a relatively large terrace, the pool is cool, there was a small fridge in the room, Wi Fi was good and the A/C worked fine. The bed was really comfy. Everything was clean. They refill coffee/tea/creamer and water daily. I would like to mention that they use glass bottles for the water that they reuse/recycle, always something that is appreciated. The staff is nice. Overall, good value for money.

For me personally the location wasn't ideal - the hotel is located at the top of a little hill, with the road to the nearest stores (7-eleven and Makro), as well as the beach, leading across the main road (not super pedestrian-friendly) which tends to experience burning sun during the day. The nearest stores are about 10min on foot, while the beach is 15-20min, so that's convenient, other than the previously mentioned. It's not a huge deal, but probably good to keep in mind if that's something that's relevant to you when booking.

Everything! We booked the villa so we had a kitchen to ourselves which was great for breakfasts and for times we didn’t feel like eating out. Very convenient location - approx 10 minutes to Karon and Kata Beach and 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was massive! Wifi connection was stable, which was very important to me as I work online. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would choose to stay here again.

Just a suggestion but I think it would be great if there is a water dispenser on the property so that we don’t need to buy bottled water every day. Chopsticks would be a good addition to the kitchen as well.

Amazing place: super clean, very well located (11 minutes walking to Karon Beach, 15 minutes walking to Smart bus stop, 3 minutes walking to local transport for old Town and others beaches, 7 minutes to Makro supermarket or big 7 eleven, some small shops are nearly), safety - sometimes I even forgot to use safe , calm at night, clean swimming pool, good breakfast. Pls, take into account that this is not 5-star hotel, but the service is really high level.

We stayed here for our honeymoon on the 18th March. We read the reviews on Kata Tranquil villa's prior to booking and the amazingly positive reviews were one of the main reasons we booked to stay here and we have to say.... The amazingly postive reviews were not wrong. We absolutely fell in love with it and the staff! All the staff were above and beyond polite and helpful and couldnt be more so. The lovely lady 'Noi' who we dealt with most of the time was just so incredibly nice, fun and helpful to us no matter what we needed.. Always there with a smile, even trying to teach me a bit of Thai lol but all the staff were just so amazing, warm, always smiley and friendly and thats what you want when booking! I believe in if you treat others with kindness and respect you will get that back and we certainly got that back from Noi and her team you folks where just simply amazing to me and my wife!! The hotel itself was just perfect for what we needed, a nice tranquil spot with not too much noise, beautifully kept and constantly manicured gardens and far enough away from the main road that you couldnt hear it. Poolside although not a huge pool it was beautiful and kept immaculate and clean and with only having 8 or so loungers around it that made it never feel too over crowded and most of the time we had the pool all to ourselves. We stayed in a superior garden villa with garden views and it also had an outside kitchen which was just amazing touch and great to just spend time outdside in the heat while chilling, cooking or eating and drinking. The rooms were huge and again kept just immaculate with plenty of towels and toiletries.

Only gripe i had was tje diatance we were from the beavh or any kimd of activity to so.

Absolutely stunning, we stayed in the sapphire room and it was really good. Large ,well thought out for furnishings. Loads of storage well equipped kitchen area. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were so happy all the time. Well situated on a quiet street approximately 15 to 20 minutes walk to the centre and the beach. The only negative was the size of the sun umbrellas around the pool if they were changed for larger ones it would have a massive positive impact for keeping safe in the sun. We would recommend the accommodation to anyone and we would stay again if we ever get back to Phuket.

The rooms were large and airy. The beds were comfortable, and the aircon worked great. Bottled water upon arrival and within the fridge. The pool was right outside my door, which was a really nice touch for a quiet location. 5 minute walk from civilisation with a few cafes and restaurants less than 1minute walk away

Breakfast choices would be fine for 1 or 2 nights but should do with a varied choice if you're staying longer. Basic sachet nescafe coffee was a little let down with filter coffee being preferred, but it was all completely acceptable for 1 nights stay.

Its location is convenient, nestled between beaches and the route to Big Buddha. There are several excellent local restaurants nearby. Despite being just 50 meters from the main road, it remains peaceful and not too distant.

The view from the opposite side might not be as impressive, but it's not a significant issue.

Amazing place! Really friendly and helpful staff. The villas are beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have a pool view. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nice to have the option, and the bathrooms were spacious & clean. Really comfortable beds! The beach is just a short walk away and with plenty of amenities nearby. The manager let us use the pool and have a shower even after checking out, before the long travel back to the UK which was so kind

That we couldn't stay longer as we had to go home!
