Everything about this apartment is great. The location is truly tranquil, up on the hill, with nature sounds and no noise of a city, but shops, cafes and massages are down the hill, 5 minutes ride away. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, trying to help you in every way they could. Apartment is well equipped, with anything you might need during your stay, including potable water, some bathroom necessities for first few days, and a gas grill on request for a BBQ evening. Bedding is comfortable, AC is quiet, WiFi is fast, water flow in bathroom is strong, room is clean and fresh.

Nothing!) But as it’s already said in other reviews, this location is not really pedestrian friendly. A bike or a car is a must, unless you are a professional athlete. The path to the facility is quite steep. Also, be prepared, that the seaview of ground floor apartments is a bit limited, by the nearby rooftops. If you want a full beauty of the view, ask for the higher floors.

We stayed for 1 night, it is clean and comfortable and has a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We had 2 bedrooms and it was great for a short stay.

The shower didn't have a curtain so water splashes everywhere. it's central but up a steep hill, we took Grab/Bolt to move around, walking can be tough from there, especially up to the apartment.

Clean and comfortable apartment with modern kitchen facilities. The place is a very quiet for the crowded Kata Beach, yet it takes some time to walk to the beach.

Maybe, it is just my point, but there was some sound from the neighbors, sometimes a bit too loud.

Spotlessly clean. Lovely large balcony with great sunset views over Kata and the sea beyond. Pleasant 20 minute walk downhill to the quietest and best part of Kata beach. Similarly pleasant downhill walk to the bars, restaurants, nightlife etc in the evening.

The steep incline on the last part of the walk back to the apartment. Hard work in the heat so a tuc tuc is absolutely necessary. Prices for these fluctuated because many drivers didn’t want to “take on the hill”. If you’re on a budget, these will add around £7.50 each way.

we’ve stayed here before & it’s just as good now as it was 6 years ago. staff can’t do enough for you &alwats on hand to help with anything. had a great 4 nights there. thanx again guys. 👍

Apartment was clean, spacious and had a nice view. Seeing the monkeys “monkeying around” next door was a nice surprise.

The word “Luxury” might be a bit misleading, it’s a nice place but I wouldn’t call it luxurious (decor is quite outdated). The a/c units outside the bedroom were a bit noisy. There was no option to pay at the time of the booking so I had to pay upon checkin and 3% credit card fee was added to the bill.

The quality of the room, the staff and the view were exceptional.

The location is a bit off from Kata beach. You need to walk close to 30 min to reach the beach, which for some, may not be easy, especially in hot conditions. The property could provide shuttle service to the beach, which will be helpful.

The place is truly amazing, quiet green area, very clean comfortable room with a lovely balcony looking at the sea, and extremely nice and helpful hostess Noi who went above and beyond to help us with every our question or request.

People in other rooms were smoking cigarettes and weed quite often and the smell was strong in our room if we didn’t close the balcony door but it’s not a complaint to the hostess as I understand that nothing can be done about that. Otherwise, wonderful place.
