Lush beautiful gardens and wonderful facilities! The staff - especially in the treatment rooms, the cleaning and restaurant - were amazing. The rooms/little villas are very clean. The pool is shallow but gorgeous and peaceful. There is some road noise, but you soon tune it out in favour of bird calls all around. Some days I spent most of it on the complex and I loved it. The location is good but definitely walk the back way into town to avoid the busy road. I was the only Brit here, Karon is more for Russian and German tourists, but I did not feel out of place. Massages were lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I already miss it!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel in January 2025. The purpose of my visit was a complete relaxation and restoring the energy, and this place is perfect for that - quite room with a nice balcony and great view, AMAZING territory with garden, nice swimming pool, and massage right there. Several minutes walking distance to the Karon beach, which is one my favorite in Phuket, everything you might need like 7/11, tourist facilities are just around the corner. I especially want to note that I was traveling alone, and I felt absolutely safe in the hotel and the area around. I will plan my next stay in Phuket at this hotel again, highly recommended.

While wifi connection works ok in the common areas, it works very bad in the room - for holidays I considered as a kind of a bonus, but if you need to do some work, be ready to use mobile internet in the room. Also while the room was quite clean, no dust, clean shower etc, bedsheets sometimes were not perfectly clean

The pool was enjoyable, the garden was pretty and well maintained and the spa(massage) was a lovely experience. It was only a short walk from the beach and there were plenty of food options around including the hotel restaurant.

The water pressure in the shower at the top bungalow wasn't very strong. Also walking to the top bungalow/villa was quite steep. The towel situation was confusing, we could take blue towels to the beach and if we wanted them replaced we had to ask. It's a very Russian tourist dominated section of Phuket so some signage was Russian which was confusing as an English speaker.

Clean rooms and nice pool, restaurant and massage all together. Quiet place even though it's located off the main road. 3 minutes scooter ride to karon beach. 5 minute walk to 7-11 and other shops and restaurants. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Staff are helpful and rooms are always clean!

Right on the busy road so need to be careful when walking anywhere.

Great pool which was an escape, lovely gardens. Really liked the location which was tucked away (albeit close to road but not a problem) and could get to Kata and Karan beaches easily. Nice restaurant with veggie food. Had a lovely massage.

Not terribly welcoming - I think I missed the owner lady who appeared when I was leaving and she was really nice, also a very friendly young waiter in restaurant who was very sweet. It was my first time traveling on my own and as an older woman a smile and a bit of warmth would have been appreciated. Bed v hard.

It’s just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The room has a balcony with a great view, and the hotel garden is very well-maintained. The room is very clean, and there are different towel animals on the bed every day. The hotel’s spa massage is very comfortable, and it’s the most comfortable one I’ve experienced in Thailand.

There is a bit of a musty smell. You could put some air freshener in the room.

Lovely garden-like feel to the outdoor areas. Everywhere has been planted, or there are pots strategically placed. The pool is quite small, but a lovely place to take a dip or hang out. There are sunbeds and parasols and shaded areas too. Rooms are big and have everything you need. Beds are huge, firm and comfortable and the large balcony is a great addition. Easy check in and check out. Restaurant on site too.

It was all great and we would very happily have stayed longer. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and it is sited just off a busy road, so you can hear the traffic when you are outside. Only a very minor quibble. Loved the hotel.

The most peaceful, gorgeous place to stay! The gardens and grounds are so well kept. Pool area is a short walk from our little villa accommodation and the restaurant on site serves delicious Thai food, as well as pasta and burgers if that’s what you want. Staff are attentive and so sweet! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay surrounded by tranquility, then this is for you! 10/10

There is nothing not to like!

We loved the pool and the tropical feel of the hotel. Only a short walk to the main streets. The housekeepers were great and the hotel was always clean. We stayed in room 120 and had a lovely brown dog sleeping outside the whole time and she was very friendly.

The pool steps were quite sharp and you could easily cut yourself if not paying attention. Bathroom amenities could do with some shower gel.

They gave me a room based on the wishes that I wrote. Beautiful view, linen is changed, there are towels for the beach/pool, a restaurant and a good massage. It is inconvenient to walk along a busy highway (there is also a sharp turn) to shops and restaurants. But taking off the bike makes everything easier

There were ants in our room from the very arrival, they were in the same area, but we had to check things all the time, because once I brought a bunch of ants home in a suitcase
