Easy to find, great location with all amenities needed close by and Karon beach is only less than a 5 minute bike ride. The apartment has a restaurant right outside that serves food all day including breakfast. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Its slightly outdated but for the price its great!

A nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach. You can reach the beach in just walking 3 minutes from the location. There was daily room service which was a nice touch from the management. We wanted a microwave and this was given to us upon request. The owner is an old lady who is nice and kind to requests. She guided us to where to get our rental scooters as well. There are plenty restaurants nearby and in front of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

We go the highest floor room and we had some heavy bags to carry high

Thank you for the stay! Everything was fantastic, we couldn’t recommend more. There is a kitchen fully equipped : kettle, fridge, microwave etc. + good size mirrors + the shower facilities are great- one of the best showers in this area we have had. There is one double bed in a private room & the second double bed is divided by a wall from the kitchen. The location was ideal, a short walk to the beach in a quiet area with great restaurants near. The room was extremely clean & was cleaned each day! The bus to the airport is a 10minute walk away which was ideal also.

Excellent hotel value for money so close to beach and bars and restaurants even had small kitchen area so good for long stay

The room was for a big family so I had very big space all for me. The bed was comfortable and the place is right in the centre of many shops and 5 min walk to Karon beach and Kata beach. The lady was very nice to me and also take me to the bus stop and gave me a lot of information.

Because it is in a centre there was a restaurant that had karaoke on some nights till 1am.

The apartment has a good location. Beach 5 minutes walk, Shops, restaurants, massage around the house. Every day we received 4 bottles of water. Cleaning every day. Helpfull staff. I missed only the cooking oppoturnity. Only fridge, micro and kettle was in the kitchen. You should know that this is not a new appartment, but with the size, location and price it was so good for us with the two kids (3 and 5 years)

Rest all about property was excellent. The lady owner and cleaner are both quite good. The location, cleanliness and good staff beat all the drawbacks of the property. I would stay at the property again.

It had two bedrooms and was quite good. However it mainly did not have sink along with kitchenette.

Clean and nice apartment with a kitchen and all it's equipment which was a big advantage since we were traveling with kid. Superfriendly owner. Cleaning daily. Both rooms equipped with AC. Hidden gem in terms value/price on Karon beach.

The only small detail - a missing window in the second room

Everything was great staff very friendly nice and clean every day great location. Would stay again no problem.
