The only negative for me. Was my second time at andaman and a definite let down from previous visits I'm an early bird so if breakfast starts at 7 then you would expect all to be ready. Almost every day I had to wait or ask for eggs and sometimes even an hour after breakfast starts. Also the overall spread was less

Large and comfortable room. Very nice big pool area, and a secondary pool + children's pool as well. Very close to the beach (Karon), but also easy walking distance from Kata beach and all the shops and restaurants there. This time of the year (June) Karon beach is apparently not best for swimming, because the waves are so big and swimming heavily restricted. If you want to stay in Karon area, this hotel is a great choice because it is so close to calmer waters in Kata as well. Reception staff were helpful and smiley. Tasty and very varied breakfast. All in all, a lovely hotel for a family holiday.

Breakfast staff was mainly rather serious and not smiling very much for "the land of a thousand smiles."

We had the absolute best time at Andaman Seaview, it totally exceeded our expectations. The location is great, around 100 metres from the beach along a quiet street. We had a lovely view of the sea from our balcony. The room is huge, we were in a family room with two big double beds and a separate lounge-living room area. The bathroom was probably the biggest we've had at a hotel, with a huge tub, a separate shower and a double sink. The pool was great, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of Asian and western options, eggs made on request, bacon, lots of tasty pastries, etc. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk, to the pool area, everyone was very helpful and professional, and just lovely. We were very impressed and are looking forward to coming back. Thanks so much!

The hotel decor was lovely. Our room was really spacious. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from and lots of fresh fruit, salads, fresh omelette etc. Swimming pool was great. Staff were lovely and really helpful. It was easy to get to Karon beach across the road and our boys loved the waves there. There's also a promenade that you can use for runs/walks. It was also easy to get to Kata/Karon for restaurants, shops and it's on the main bus route to Phuket Old town etc. We would stay here again.

The Andaman Seaview is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Karon beach, as well as local restaurants, shops etc. The breakfast was amazing - a huge selection of dishes (both western and Asian) which rotated each day. New menu options for the whole week we were there. The rooms were a good size, a bit dated, but very good air-conditioning and comfortable bed.

The pool's water level - it possibly should have been filled up a bit more especially as when you sat at the poolside bar, you sat out of the water.

We had a wonderful 6 nights at Andaman Seaview. The hotel is just across one small road from a clean beach at the south end of Karon, and there are a variety of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with great service. The rooms were cleaned/made up every day, and the staff assisted with any request. Eugene at the front desk was the most lovely person. The buffet breakfast was tasty with variety each day. It was easy to get to Kata or the northern part of Karon from here.

My only suggestion is that there could be reading lights by the beds. The room lights were a little dim to read by.

The size of the room 3205 was huge loved the big room/apartment it was very clean, and the bathroom was huge with a great bath and separate shower, the bed was very comfortable, the pool needs some maintenance but I liked it. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and did not get charged for beach chairs. Close to all restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was poor, and the breakfast staff were more interested in their phones rather than bringing out more food or coffee when it was needed. I had to ask several times for coffee, tea, cutlery, fruit and I heard several other guests ask for other items which had run out to be replenished.

The staff was excellent!! Friendly and efficient. The breakfast we enjoyed. The room had a beautiful view over the pool area. The hotel was clean and the lady that added flowers in the water pots every morning was such a special touch. The staff were always busy cleaning the rooms, pool area... I noticed they all knew what to do and got it done. Pricing was affordable. I will most definitely come back and stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities and rooms are kept clean. Each room has its own plastic basket you can take with you to the beach, which is literally across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

Closet doors are difficult to operate and the shower water pressure is blocked by the old shower heads. We kept disassembling them to take a shower then reassamble😅 Also the pillows are not great.
