The hotel is near the beach front, with all shops and restaurants all around, and the famous 7-Eleven on the same road. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, and the kids' club staff were very good with the children, and the spa ladies were very nice. We had a couples massage outside, which was very nice and relaxing. We stayed at a B&B, and they had plenty of choices for everyone at breakfast, including both cooked and continental options. The maids who cleaned our room were very friendly and cleaned our room as soon as we went out for breakfast, so when we came back, it was all lovely and clean. The pools, slides, and children's section were all very good, which kept us all entertained. There are swim-up pool bars and outdoor food freshly made to order, and it wasn't expensive.

There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like.

The resort was perfect for the family. It was in a quiet part of Phuket compared to other parts yet it was close to outside restaurants, market's, food vendors, seven eleven, massage therapists, pharmacy's and Karon beach. The 3 pools were a hit with my kids (12 and 14) and there were plenty of banana lounges to put your things or to laze around. Our kids loved the water slides. There was two swim up bars which were well stocked. The pool area were starting to show signs of their age. The gym was well equipped. The grounds and gardens were well maintained. The staff were very helpful, friendly and always said hello and had a smile. There were two breakfast buffets that were always busy but clean and well stocked. The rooms were well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning was cold. House keeping was daily and 'Bee', our house keeper kept our room spotless. We left 50 baht on our bed every day for her.

We only had one problem and that was the safe not opening on a few occasions but i think that may have been user error. Also, because Thailand is considered 3rd world, the plumbing can't handle toilet paper being flushed and my son didn't like using the butt hose and putting the toilet paper in the bin.

Big swimming pool, nice and helpful staff in the reception.

We had at the beginning of our 6 nights stay a very moldy smell room, I thought it might go away if we let the door/window open. But it didn't change a bit after a night. And some drunk guests at night were talking and drinking very loudly for the whole night at the balcony above us. We complained about that at the reception and the staff were very nice and changed us to another room which had no moldy smell at all. All in all it's a big but little old resort, really good for families with children, lots of people even in low season.

Great resort. The pools and slides were awesome. Our kids had a blast in the pool area. Staff did everything they could to make our stay good. They gave my family connecting rooms and in the first floor like we requested. We were also allowed to check in early. The TV in our bedroom wasn't working properly and the staff came and gave us a new one promptly.

Breakfast was good, but when you stay for 6 nights, the options become a little tiring. I think it would be good to switch some foods each day. Again the food was good but just a little tiresome after a few days. Also the TV channels for movies wasn't great. We didn't watch much TV, but some nights a good movie would have been nice before bed. But this wasn't a big deal to me.

Pool and surrounding area was spotless and well kept, granddaughter had a ball on the flumes. The food stalls at the pool were surprisingly very good and had a good selection. There was plenty of food on offer for breakfast, but as I’m a fussy eater it didn’t really appeal to me, my husband enjoyed it a lot more than I did. The rooms were very spacious and modern, beds were massive. There was plenty of toiletries available.

The food caters more for Asian visitors, which I totally understand as the vast majority of people visiting this area enjoy this food

So we got a room at ground floor so access to the pool area was easier for kids specially. More trained staffs at pool will be much appreciated.

Big advice to Hotel Mgt, for 1st timers please arrange a hotel tour, other wise guests wont even know what amenities the hotel is offering. It's a big resort. Room service is not up to the mark. Staffs were good but no english plus under staff. Food is something the Hotel Mgt really needs to work on, either free buffet breakfast or room order .... taste is not good.

Great location, very nice staff, excellent pool and slides which kept kids entertained for hours. This was our second trip to Phuket and even though we stayed at a flashier resort last time this holiday was way better due to the location and pool facilities. Also our family room was on the ground floor right near the pool which made going back and forth for toilet, floaties, forgotten sunscreen etc really easy. No need to drag everyone back with me each time. Nice beach nearby and very friendly store holders across the road for those bargain hunters. Really enjoyed our stay.

Could be a few more changes at the breakfast buffet each day.

We enjoyed the hotel because it was family-friendly and had activities suitable for all ages, especially the kids’ slides. Those types of amenities really make a difference for a fun and relaxing stay, especially when traveling with family. Location amazing. The staff Maria and Bose were very helpful. I had IV vitamin infusion in the room. 1 doctor and 2 nurses. The price was amazing and they agreed to do more ml for the same price

The food choices were a bit poor. Would like more fresh salads, maybe soup, more of the healthy variety:)

Great location very convenient. Rooms were a good size, bed was too firm. Other than that, we loved the resort such a great value for money. Pools were very nice and the slides were worth it. Breakfast included every morning was a great highlight and filling. Clean resort and would stay again.

Beds could have been softer and if rooms were swept each clean.
