Great layout ans expansive. Fantastic range of facilities & options and a high quality hotel right on the beach.

I had a sea view room however the main pool in front was under renovation with rubbish everywhere which destroyed & made the view worthless. Felt cheated paying top rack price for a sea view that ended up being a view of a rubbish tip. Refer photos below (1) from Booking.com add v (2) actual view from my room. Would be prepared to give it another try (post renovations) if I was offered 3 nights free stay for a 6/7night booking otherwise will try something else next time

needs a little improvement to be a real 5 star hotel but it’s not far from it.(room a little bit affected by time). especially didn’t like the fact that the prices at the pool and bars located in the facility, besides beeing a bit high did not include 7%VAT and MANDADTORY 10% service charge. let me decide if I want to tip the personel, and advertise the real price!

This hotel is just perfect. We loved it so much. It’s very relax and spacious with an amazing garden. You have no annoying music around so we just love that. The personnel is excellent very clean rooms. The hotel in general is very clean. We recommend this hotel to everyone

Lot of renovations going on so building noise, not informed at time of booking . Our first room on 3rd floor had very noisy gurgling coming from bath plug hole which kept us awake at night - after 2 nights we were moved to 9th floor with amazing views and no noisy plumbing . A few areas had bad smells from drains as you walked past. Hotel seems tired and it wasn’t spotless in rooms.

The location was great, you could walk to nearby shops. Loved the hotel layout, was great to see and relax at the different pools, and experience the service and food next to the pools. Staff were really great, they helped me to get the Thai tea I kept on drinking at the Hotel.

They were under construction, and the noise was not good, you could hear the noise from far. The logistics of the noise of people on the floor above you was very loud. Dont know if anything could be done about it.

Location , ambience and facilities provided by the hotel was very good. The transportation facility between hotel lobby to main gate was fabulous.

Bathroom seems short in space. No doubt local food needs to be taste, but only Thai food was found space in food menu of restaurant . More Asian food needs to be included in the food menu or in morning buffet.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of Punch (waiter/manager) from the restaurant and Rainny the front office manager. They need further training as a minimum :(. Rest of the staff were fantastic especially the staff from Thai restaurant:)

The room was very calm, clean. The complex has 3 nice swimming pools and slides for kids. The staff was very helpful, especially when our kids were sick, we obtained a very fast and efficient assistance from the healthcare center.

We had to walk on a quite dangerous road for 5 minutes in order to reach the first restaurants, convenience stores, massages, etc.

This is a huge beach resort with many pools and overlooking the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We booked our trips at the hotel excursion desk and everything ran to time. We ate at the main restaurant, the Thai restaurant, pool bar and all are very good. The location is great as can easily walk into both Karon or Kata or jump in a tuktuk at the beachside exit. The hotel grounds are enormous with a lot of wildlife including the peacocks which frequently appear in the reception area. The rooms and balcony are stunning. There is some renovation work happening to refurnish each hotel block. This did not impact us in anyway as we were in one of the two newly renovated blocks and just stunning.

Nothing really, I would imagine the refurb will eventually extend to all of the pools and sunbeds not that this was a problem but some looked a bit tired. Have to remember in the rainy season, leaves are going to fall and the grounds are lush with plants, trees.

Lovely grounds, lots of water and palm trees. Big site but easy to get around. All staff were lovely and food was very good
