great location, helpfull staff, outside areeas well maintained, good breakfast

needs a little improvement to be a real 5 star hotel but it’s not far from it.(room a little bit affected by time). especially didn’t like the fact that the prices at the pool and bars located in the facility, besides beeing a bit high did not include 7%VAT and MANDADTORY 10% service charge. let me decide if I want to tip the personel, and advertise the real price!

This hotel is just perfect. We loved it so much. It’s very relax and spacious with an amazing garden. You have no annoying music around so we just love that. The personnel is excellent very clean rooms. The hotel in general is very clean. We recommend this hotel to everyone

I guess they would have little bit more fair prices on drinks and meals

Lot of renovations going on so building noise, not informed at time of booking . Our first room on 3rd floor had very noisy gurgling coming from bath plug hole which kept us awake at night - after 2 nights we were moved to 9th floor with amazing views and no noisy plumbing . A few areas had bad smells from drains as you walked past. Hotel seems tired and it wasn’t spotless in rooms.

The location was great, you could walk to nearby shops. Loved the hotel layout, was great to see and relax at the different pools, and experience the service and food next to the pools. Staff were really great, they helped me to get the Thai tea I kept on drinking at the Hotel.

They were under construction, and the noise was not good, you could hear the noise from far. The logistics of the noise of people on the floor above you was very loud. Dont know if anything could be done about it.

Location , ambience and facilities provided by the hotel was very good. The transportation facility between hotel lobby to main gate was fabulous.

Bathroom seems short in space. No doubt local food needs to be taste, but only Thai food was found space in food menu of restaurant . More Asian food needs to be included in the food menu or in morning buffet.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of Punch (waiter/manager) from the restaurant and Rainny the front office manager. They need further training as a minimum :(. Rest of the staff were fantastic especially the staff from Thai restaurant:)

The room was very calm, clean. The complex has 3 nice swimming pools and slides for kids. The staff was very helpful, especially when our kids were sick, we obtained a very fast and efficient assistance from the healthcare center.

We had to walk on a quite dangerous road for 5 minutes in order to reach the first restaurants, convenience stores, massages, etc.

Everything was very good. The resort is big, and you need to reserve a full day if you want to enjoy the facilities. The beach is amazing and clean. The location is good; if you are looking for a calm and decent place, this is where you have to stay. But if you are staying in Phuket for a few days, it is highly recommended to rent a bike since other transportation is a bit expensive.

It would be better if the breakfast started at 6:30 a.m. and not 7:00 a.m., since if you are booking the trips in Phuket, for most of them it is required that you be ready for pickup from the resort at 7:00 a.m. So arranging the breakfast for 6:30 will allow for a quick breakfast. Additionally, the resort should provide beach umbrellas and chairs to guests staying at the resort. It is not logical that I am sating in a 5-star resort and when I go to the resort beach, I need to rent an umbrella and chairs.

Arriving at the hotel in the late afternoon, my first impressions were not overwhelmingly positive – just an average hotel, I thought. However, my perception took a complete turn the next day when I discovered everything it had to offer. From the restaurant, store, and spa to the stunning gardens and ponds – it was simply a big WOW. The natural beauty within the hotel was incredible. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and professional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's a pity I only spent a few days there. This is the kind of resort where you'd want to stay for about two weeks to fully explore and take advantage of all the amenities it has to offer. No beating around the bush – my next visit near Karon Beach will undoubtedly be at this resort, no need to search or consider alternatives.

The room was relatively spacious, the beds and linen were superb. The bathroom was well appointed with a bathtub and separate shower (not over the bath). The many pools were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, you could even juice your own fruit and veggies.

Our ocean-view apartment was not the full vista as we were at the back of the property which was a little disappointing. Check-in was not quick or smooth. We were dropped at the back of the resort at a drop-off zone and the number of people waiting grew and grew. Then we were collected by the resort vehicle and driven to the Check-in Counter. As we all arrived at the same time, it was a bit of a scramble with everyone wanting to be first to Check-in.
