A huge room with jacuzi at the entrance (outside) and the shower in the back yard (outside) were amassing and fun. The swimming pool is enormous, clean and pleasant. Outside from the hotel, restaurants, shops, massage .

We love the room with direct access to pool and beach access really easy only 200m walk. The beach is nice and clean. Loving the vibe all around.

Actually the breakfast needs more variety. I eat the same breakfast everyday.

Absolutely adore the property for us love the pool access room have stayed here before and it’s totally magical. The room is gorgeous and quite large our room was serviced daily and immaculately done with wonderful staff. The pool was kept perfectly once again by the staff and the temperature was beautiful to swim and no matter what time of the day the best part was coming home after dinner and cooling off in the pool absolutely perfect. The pool bar and restaurant area were also very good and when you’re not feeling like Thai food their burgers are amazing And also brought to us in the pool. Location is really good. If you don’t feel like going to far you just walk out of the property and you have the choice of restaurants, massage, laundry minimart, whatever you want. 15 minute walk to the main part of Karon town. The rooms are clean & well laid out with options for couples and families. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel (Serene Wing), overlooking the pool. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool. Rooms also have large bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Cleaners come daily and will change your towels / clean your room on request. There is tea & coffee making facilities in each room, in additon there is a free bottle of water supplied daily. There is also a mini bar in each room, but we prefered to purchase drinks & snacks from the local supermarket as it was cheaper. All staff were amazing and will go out of their way to assist you. They all spoke excellent English, so it was very easy to communicate. Buffet breakfast is offered daily with plenty of options including fresh fruit, eggs, toast, Asian breakfast and hot food. There is also an air conditioned gym + creche on site The hotel is only 5 mins walk to the beach and shops/restaurants of Karon beach, so very convenenient!

It was quite loud at night. The pool is meant to be closed after 7pm, but many guests ignored this and because all the rooms surround the pool, any noise echoes into all the rooms. We also found we could hear tv / talking in the rooms next to and above us, which was a bit annoying at night when we were trying to sleep.

The grounds are so well kept! Swim up pool room was so spacious and clean! The shower area was so cool & beautiful. Location is perfect. The beach is just a couple minutes walk out of the back & there is a cute shopping area with restaurants at the back gate! Front & back gates that has a guard that checks hotel cards to enter so it is so safe! Front desk staff was so friendly. They stored our bags the last day while we went on an excursion to see the elephants! Breakfast was yummy and open til like 10:30am!

Location was great for food, massages, shops beach and not far from the night markets. Staff where lovely particularly NaN who looked after our room, she was lovely.. Que he was always happy to help. The reception staff were all very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good. There was a coffee machine so it was,an added bonus to start the day.

There wasn't anything that we found we didn't like.

We got a room with pool access and it was wonderful, highly recommend paying a little more for this. We had a fantastic relaxing time in the pool with cocktails and new friends. Breakfast was a lovely daily treat, personalized omelette made my every morning along with the croissants and danishes. I loved the extras like free water whenever I asked for it and games of table tennis. Perfect location, away from the hustle of Patong but close enough to visit in a tuktuk with the flashing lights and loud music. The beach is only a 2 min walk and heaps of restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy. Everyone was so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
