The position is perfect across the road from the beach, and an easy walk to the many food outlets in the area. I appreciated the lift to my room on the second floor, and to the pool on the fifth.

I had paid for a superior room with wardrobe/closet, but was placed for 3 nights in a much smaller room above the Irish Pub which was very small. After complaining to front desk after first night, I was given the superior room in the hotel that I had paid for after 3 nights.

It was one of the great hotel with great location and newly renovated room with great view, highly recommended, did not try food so dont know abt food but room was just superb.

Location was fantastic, directly across from the beach! Very close walking distance to food options and shopping as well! Room was clean and had everything we needed including balcony that looked over the beach which was lovely ! Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast cost 150 baht per person. Not a huge selection of food but it was tasty and convenient.

Our balcony door was incredibly difficult to lock, we figured out a little trick but it was slightly annoying. The pillows weren’t great either. There were 3 pillows in the room in total and they were all different thicknesses. I should have asked for a new one but didn’t (my mistake!)

I had a room without a window but the balcony (walled off by the addition of more rooms) made it feel like it had windows. It was very well done. The room was well lighted and appointed and the bed was firm and comfortable. The day I paid for breakfast it was very good. Several hot dishes, one of which was a delicious creamy potato dish I assume must have been Russian. Liked the shortcut to the rooftop pool.

The staff tended to be standoffish and cool. The pool was only open 08:00-18:00. Cold staff. I kept forgetting to put the DND sign out and they gave me new towels daily. Could have used a water bottle refill station also.

The location and the sunset. Also I loved the room/ juniorsuite. It's actually 2 rooms. The bed is huge. The bubblebath is a big bathtub. It beeps when you fill it up to a certain point. The button to turn the alarm off is "hidden" in one of the corners. Smart tv in the bedroom area.

The wifi isn't good here!

The room had a balcony which looked firectly on to the beach which was just across the road, it is very close to Karon roundabout and the main street so the location is excellent , You can just walk out of the hotel to the beach.

If you are looking for a solid value for money hotel with good welcoming staff and an amazing convenient location with excellent access to the amazing Karon beach then this is atop choice. If you want more facilities then maybe pay more , for a quiet stay as a couple this was fantastic.

Great location, friendly staff at the desk. Clear check in instructions, rooms were fairly sized and clean

Staff in cafe were a little snappy, no draught beer Balcony opened onto terrace with generators next to the rooftop bar, so music was playing fairly late but volume was ok.

The location is perfect. Right across from the beach. This part of the beach has a lot of sunbeds. Like it or not. Very close to "all" the restaurants, bars and massage places. The room was very quiet and had a safe and a balcony with afternoon sun. The housekeeping was very nice and efficient. There are sunbeds and a pool on the 5th floor.

The first impression when arriving shortly before check-in time. I was not demanding early check in. Only that somebody would talk to me, instead of just pointing at the clock. But I gave them a second chance to make a first impression - and it was better. ;-)

Great location, comfortable rooms, wifi was good. Housekeepers were amazing - bottled water everyday and change of towels too

The drainage/pipes might be abit old and can cause smell at times, but not too bad if you shut the toilet door
