Location was great, close to the beach and many restaurants. Always taxi's available if you want to do some sightseeing. It suited our needs perfectly. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall if was actually great. Just be aware that all rooms are on upper levels. We were up 3 flights of stairs. But we coped quite well.

Amazing location near Karon circle, but far away from noise. Beach is around 5 mins walking. Inspite of stay in high season the rates are good - worth every penny. Just don’t be “low budget high expectations”.

It’s not a disadvantage, however, please pay attention: it might be difficult for some people to get to their rooms - the stairs are steep enough.

It was located in the middle of Karon Beach but was not close to any noise .The room was exactly as advertised, clean tidy with all the expected amenities. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely good and helpful.

We had the penthouse and it was huge! Jacuzzi tub could fit two people very comfortably. Great area, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, markets, beach. Staff were very friendly and helped carry my bag to our room despite being up four flights of stairs!

Room could use a bit of an upgrade.

The size of the "flat" The bed is nice and big, 2 x ac, kitchenette incl 2 fridges Big bathroom

4th floor without elevator, Noice until 2 am from bars nearby Seems like ac in the bed room was not working in the evenings.

They have great location for beer lovers. There are many pubs and live restaurants. But our room was not noisy of outside. Very nice staffs and atmosphere. Quite reasonable. We will come back this accommodation when we come to Phuket.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room is good enough to stay and do everything you need in the hotel. Even bar downstairs doesn’t make any noise in the night, so you can sleep well👍
