If you are looking for somewhere in Phuket near the famous beaches (Freedom, Kamala, Kata) then this hotel is perfect. It is about a 10 min drive from Patong if you enjoy the nightlife and walkable distance to Karon beach. There are so many food options around and 7/11. The staff were so friendly and helped in every way they could, they were so understanding and polite and helped with my bags too.

Nice hotel 3 minutes from the sea. There are many cafes, bars and massage centers around - everything is convenient. The rooms are in excellent condition. It can be seen that repairs were recently carried out. The breakfasts are regular. I enjoyed my vacation.

It's not the hottest water in the shower, but they said they're working on it.

I loved the hotel , beautiful nice hotel 5 minutes away from the beach. All the restaurants are around the hotel. The reception girl Hazel is so nice and kind. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Definitely I will return back to this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating...I ended up staying an extra day.I am here in low season don't know what it would be like in high season

The place is so close to the beach. Less than 5 minutes walk. Hotel Staffs are really nice. The room is clean, and there are so many restaurants around there.

We didn't like anything. For a hotel, that was almost empty we were given quite probably the worst room in building which marred our one night stay. We did receive a full refund.

Worst room in the hotel. The tiny balcony was covered in pigeon poop. Right next to a scruffy pigeon invested neighbour building. Very poor cold breakfast with a terrible jazz piano soundtrack A pool that was empty being repaired ( is why we received a full refund). And the hotel is on a weed shop alley. Couldn't wait to leave. If you like this town, give the hotel a chance when the pool is back in action but get a room nowhere near the street.

On check in they revealed that the pool was being renovated and wouldn't be available. The pool was the only reason I booked this specific place. So that was frustrating. The whole reception area was incredibly hot! I'd already been travelling around South East Asia, and thought I was used to heat and humidity, but this was next level. The first room they put me in...the air con wasn't working properly. At all. In 40 mins the room was still unbearably warm, plus it was making a loud noise. It took a lot to convince the staff member that it wasn't working. The next room...the air con was working, but the noise from the bar was WAY too much. Ughh. The next room - which was apparently their best room - it was ok, but during the day I had to put up with all the construction noise from the pool. What really annoyed me the most is they knew about the pool but didn't put anything in their listing, they didn't message me ahead of time (I made a same-day booking, so there's no excuse) and it just seems greedy and deceptive. I would absolutely not recommend this place, even without the pool fiasco.
