Every day Clean Towels, room Cleaned , water in Fridge , the Lady Owner very nice and helpful had my Clothes cleaned for pennies , you could come and go as you please . Room very clean no noise at night . I will be back late December, Fantastic, many thanks . Plus after a few heavy nights I never got bothered for room to be cleaned until 12.30 1pm .

Being English the Gun in Bathroom 😆😆

Great location. The staff is awesome and well versed in English, and the bed was soft ( which we all know is tough to find). This is a guest house, everything you need. The travel agent next door is great and will give you a great deal, I did 4 trips with her. And ask about Mr Tangs down the street for amazing real thai food, and cheap.

Location is great. Less than 1 minuts walk to a very nice bar and resturant. A minuts walk to two nice massage parlors. 3 minuts walk to fresh fruit stalls, local street foods and transport. 6 minuts walk to Karon beach. 5 minuts walk to 4 evening bars. 7/ eleven, bank and atms 5 minuts walk.

I liked the easy access to all the amenities in Karon, even close to a bank. I was very happy to stay there, it's not a hotel, it's a very well located guest house slightly away from the busy night life, so not too noisy, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Stairs but no real problem

The location was great, right near the main strip of restaurants and bars but not noisy. It was quiet to sleep but you only had to walk 2 minutes to be on the main road. The air con worked well, and it was a good sized room. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing!

The bathroom is a strange design. They put the drain on the otherside of the room so the whole bathroom floods with water and takes a while to drain and dry which is a little inconvenient. When we checked in we also noticed they didn't clean the bathroom mirror so it was quite gross and covered in spit and Toothpaste from previous guests. The safe is old and the passcode is stuck to the outside of the safe, so seemed pointless to use it. The main issue we had was when we got to the room it smelled overwhelmingly musty and damp. I think due to the fact that the bathroom floods and has no fan probably.

The stay was fine. 3 floors without an elevator though

The staff could be more accommodating because i booked the wrong dates and they absolutely didnt care to refund partially
