The room was fabulous great Wi-Fi smart TV good safe plenty of room full size fridge comfortable bed super clean cleaning lady was fantastic great location plenty of restaurants plenty of bars close to the beach what more do you want?

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave.

There was daily housekeeping, the water pressure was good, everything was clean and comfortable, the walk to the beach was short and that we got the option to use the facilities in another hotel/resort. The lighting is also fantastic!

These didn’t bother me too much but it might for others: the walls are paper thin so you can hear when someone walks in through the main door and the footsteps when they walk up. The door makes a beeping sound if it isn’t closed properly, so I’ve had to go downstairs to close it a couple of times. Make sure to close the door behind you ! The music from the streets were loud enough to enjoy, but some people may find that to be a problem. It’s an old building, so at times there may be a smell, especially when the AC is switched off.

everything, clean, comfort, quiet but everything is downstairs (our windows faced onto silent back street), big room and a kitchen in the room, big closet, good safe, many surfaces, good tv with many channels, a lot of different light, cozy, very good bed. they have another hotel 5 mins by car - in the mountains - with beautiful pool and fab view - you may go there for free.

EVERYTHING good except the curved narrow stairs. Polite staff room here includes access (with THB200 tuktuk or restricted shuttle) to their Pacific Club Resort up on the hillside that earns a 9 star rating with its rooftop pool & other facilities) I've stayed @ Paradice before & was happy to return

stairs not suitable for elderly. the associated Karon Cafe Inn just down the laneway provided excellant food at reasonable price

Very nice room with plenty of storage but many stairs and short walk to actual reception . We did make use of rooftop pool at sister hotel which was only short taxi away and worth it. Plenty of food / massage and restaurant on the doorstep so easy once settled.

The place was clean and the staff were very nice. (Thank you Phillip!) The reception is in cafe 1 minute wake, you'll find it! We got a room with balcony which was very nice. Fresh towels and water bottle every day. Good value for money!

The hot water in the shower wasn't very hot, but considering the hot weather outside it was ok..

Close to the beach! The walk to the sister hotel was worth it as you can use their facilities for a fraction of the price due to staying at their budget accommodation. Tv with access to streaming channels and YouTube!

The room/balcony is on the smaller size however is completely manageable!

The location is great, really close walk to the beach and beach area. Local food vendors, super cheap Pad Thai carts and fruit merchants right on the end of the Street. 711 and ATM just near by. Plenty of bars, live music and friendly massage girls and nightlife all within walking distance. The room was spacious. Moo at the front desk and the cleaning staff are amazing, they come every day to clean whether you like it or not 😃. Air Con worked perfectly and the bed was super soft and comfortable .

No real negatives. A Smart TV option would have been perfect (have to remember my Chromecast next time I travel) But overall more than reasonable accommodation for the price range.

Huge room right in the center of Karon, only few minutes walking to the beach. Many restaurants and supermarkets around. Room is well-facilitated with microwave, fridge, cutlery, TV Nestflix… Overall very good value for the affordable price

- we choose the room in the backside but we can still hear loud music from the bars around til over midnight. - There is only rain shower in the bathroom, no handheld shower head which is a bit inconvenient
