Everything! We initially booked 2 nights here and extended to 5 nights! Located in Karon beach and walking distance to restaurants and the beac. Very convenient with small kids. The breakfast was ok, live egg station and hit meals provided but could get tiring after a week

Need to work on cleaning the apartment. The cloth the room service team used was smelling. Many Russians stay in this building and can be grumpy at times. The bathroom doesn’t have an actual door. The shower door doubles up as a bathroom door which is strange. There isn’t proper insulation so when taking a shower the entire floor gets wet. We going this a bit frustrating. The balcony in the family rooms are small and there is no drying rack to dry clothes. This was a bit challenging after pool/ beach trips

Very comfortable, staff was friendly and location is great.

My only complain is that the wifi wasn’t very good. I spent most time exploring the beach and city but when I wanted to settle in and watch a movie it took ages to buffer and the wifi cut out quite a bit.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel for its price. Modern and stylish with each precise detail (branded cups, soap dispenser, beach bag, umbrella, rubber slippers). Deluxe room is truly spacious with 4 working places (!!!), large bathroom, wide sofa. Balcony with a great view on the lake. Really king-size bed, very soft with comfortable pillows. Great working zone at reception. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. Pleasant location - 2-3 minutes to the beach, 24/7 supermarket nearby, massage and streetfood. 10/10, best choice, must have, no-brainer :)

Hotel is only 1.5mths old. So everything is new from the smell the moment you enter the lobby to the swimming pool,gym,rooms,towels. 5 star service by the staffs (Miw the bellboy,Momay the bartender and Ning the always smiling friendly concierge). Close to the blue clean Karon Beach,7-11,massage,foodtrucks within 5-7mins walk. Motor rental on the right of the hotel walk through the small alley(3mins walk). Plenty of parking spaces for those driving as im driving from Singapore! Kata beach about 10mins by tuk2 (200 baht). Patong area about 15m-20mins by tuk2 (400baht). Standards and service of a 5 star hotel i would say. Regret for the short stay but will sure repeat the next time im coming to Phuket. Please dont look any further and book this hotel right away, you wont regret. 200% recommended if you guys are looking for a affordable price hotel yet 5 star service.

For the short stay and to leave..

The hotel has recently opened up so the facilities are new. We stayed in a family room and loved how the layout has been thought through. Overall we had a great stay, no major complaints. Great location too.

We were lucky to book well in advance before the price increase, however, with what they charge now, the service needs to be more consistent. A few times the cleaning crew showed up very late in the day. One morning the lobby was littered with someone’s “party leftovers” (bottles, glasses etc) and staff weren’t in a rush to clean it up.

Only a few walking minutes away from Karon Beach and the city center with lots of restaurants. The hotel rooms are like shown in the pictures. Super comfy bed and good water pressure when showering. Quiet rooms, you do not hear any noise from surrounding rooms.

Cleaning often came late in the afternoon (after 4pm). Staff was not very courteous. The main area of the hotel was super cold due to ultra strong A/C. Not convenient at all. We did not like Karon Beach so much, since it had loads of tourists (yes, we could have known...), most restaurants are not authentic and charge high prices (compared to other areas in Thailand). The beach is just sunbeds next to another. Hardly any space without them. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel at all! :)

Location is great , located at the side and walk to beach is mere minutes away. There is a 7-11 and pharmacy nearby. Room is enough for 2, basic amenities ( shampoo, body wash , slippers , shower cap and handwash) are provided. Checked in late at night and staff are friendly and helpful. Bedding is comfortable and soft and overall it’s a great place to stay. Recommended and thank you!

Some minor issues like inconsistent shower temperature. Ants in the room and some tv channels are unstable (like bbc) due to network?

We reserved Premier Triple room which is like an apartment and was very comfortable. It has a lot of space for two and all required facilities. We very surprised when first came in. It also has good view and pond. Location of the hotel is perfectly close to beach and all shops/restaurants/spa and etc. Hotel provides beach towels and umbrellas. This place is quite new and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff is good.

Nothing. Hotel is near the road, so for some people it might be distracting. We very so tired everyday, so didn’t hear anything.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Glow. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome and making my stay comfortable throughout. Haven’t tried any food in there but the central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city, and the concierge service was helpful in providing local insights and recommendations. nothing! anyone that complains about this place is nuts. I’m a very fussy traveller and I always find faults but couldn’t find a single fault here. it’s perfect.
