The location is convenient, with Karon Beach within walking distance and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly—when we requested a hairdryer, they promptly provided one. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The all-day breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a pleasant bonus.

Consider the noise level: the nearby bar hosts live music that can keep you awake until at least 2 AM. Additionally, the stay felt overpriced, though this might be due to the New Year period—regular rates are unclear.

There was a little anxiety at first, the hotel is very central and beautiful in location, the rooms are decorated in antique style, they are large and spacious, they are cleaned every day, we stayed for 9 nights in total. Breakfast is amazing, delicious coffee is very good, I definitely recommend it.

There is music at night, but I think the value and location of this hotel is very good.

Really great location as it is close to the beach as well as everything you would need (restaurants, massage parlours, cafes, convenience stores, souvenir shops, local food stalls, etc). The staff were communicative and helpful - we were able to leave our luggages to pick up later and we were helped with carrying our belongings.

The cleanliness could have been slightly better as there was a cockroach in our room. For the price and location it's ok but a little bit of overall upkeep on the hotel would go far. Thought there would be a hairdryer in the room which there wasn't and we also weren't able to request an additional duvet for the room.

Location is best, 120mt on the Beach, room big and clear, staff friendly, they are have small cafe and breakfast, good Coffe.

Main street have many bar, sometimes music is louder, for me it's I not sleep early.
