Very pleasent and helpful personal. Room are nice and clean, air con works very well. Hotel is in front of the beach. 7/11 market is 10 meters away. We have booked stay in the hotel for certain days but it appeared that I have to stay in the hospital one day longer and we have checked in one day later in the hotel so the first night we didnt even sleep in the hotel. We asked the hotel personnel if we could also stay one day longer because of our late check-in. The hotel personnel has asked the manager and we could stay longer with no extra costs. Thank you for the pleasant accommodation. ;)

great location , beach is just across the road . near to bus stop and all kind of transportations

The absence of shower tray is making it difficult when you are returning from beach and need to wash all that sands out. the Bathtub is good but its not ideal for somebody just want to shower for one minute after returning from beach , the sand will eventually accumulate at the base of the bathtub and its hard to be washed away. its funny that the bathroom has 2 lavatories next to each other and not having a shower tray . bathrooms is lacking the daily bathing kit (conditioner - shower gel - soup for lavatory) also slippers not available. you have to purchase all these items , also the electrical sockets is not matching with international devices and you have to purchase it

It is a great option for money/value, super central location, very clean rooms!! The staff is really helpful!

Not sure if they highlight that there isn’t any elevator, it wasn’t an issue for us but keep that in mind if you have specific needs (baby, elderly, wheelchair, ..) The only big negative is that there is a bad sewage smell coming from the shower drain.. They installed a fancy odor machine inside the bathroom to cover it but it doesn’t really help… I was putting stuff on the drain, that helps more.. They should do something about it!

The Location is at a very Central place on the Karon Beach and you will find everything you need around this place. Staffs are polite and welcoming. They don't have a lift though, but the staff will help you with your luggage to the room. Pretty rooms, and cozy balconies. They're located right in front of the beach so it is very convenient. We didn't get the chance to try out their restaurant but it's always packed during the evenings. I fully recommend this place!

location. 30 seconds from beach,loads of bars and restaurants next door, market 5 minutes walk away. bus stop and tuk-tuk rank and mini supermarkets just outside. The room was much bigger than expected. Bed very comfy. Perfectly clean. Air con fabulous. We chose this place following 16 nights on the east side of Phuket and we nearly cried with happiness when we walked into the room.

Nothing really. The balcony was small (but usable) but had the a/c unit on it so was too hot for us to use (I did see neighbours using theirs so it could be me!!). Anyway, there is a beach just outside! There is no pool but we knew this when we made the booking.

The location is great, near the beach and the main street of shops and restaurants. The room was nice decorated, with everything you needed, and very clean.

The sea view is not quite sea view since between the hotel and the sea is a large street and the vegetation does not allow you to actually see the water. The hotel does not have an elevator. You should remove the information regarding paypal payment, since it is confusing for customers. Moreover it is not valid, since I paid when I arrived at the hotel with the card registered on booking.

The owner was very helpful and willing to help with questions we had. He also give us some great suggestions. The location is prime, we're are just across the street from Karon Beach, a one minute walk. There are many shopes and restaurants around, with 7/11 few doors down. The room and facilities are very clean and smells wonderful every time you walk in. We highly recommend this place!

Would be a little difficult if you have problems walking up the stairs as there are no elevator yet, but we don't mind the exercise.

Everything good Clean, staff comes to clean every day, very good service, near the sea, next time will come again.

The hotel is in a good location for shops and restaurants. The room is quite large and the Double bed is both large and comfortable. Good selection of TV channels. The Shower was quite good also. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel which is just off a roundabout is quite noisy particularly late at night and could be challenging for light sleepers. The lobby area is quite disorganised and doesn’t present well on first impressions. The AC can be a little temperamental. Breakfast is not available at the hotel but there are many good options close by.

We spent two weeks here. The place is perfect in every way. Cleanliness, kindness, equipment. 10/10. We were lucky to get to know the management. We have been coming back to Karon Beach for years, but we have never met such helpful people. Special thanks to the management. we will definitely come back next year.😎
