We stayed at this hotel and were generally satisfied. Of course, there were some minor shortcomings - in some places we would like a little more attention to detail, especially in cleaning and air conditioning. But I would like to especially note and express my deep gratitude to the girls at the reception! Always smiling, friendly and ready to help in any situation. Not a single question was left without attention - they responded quickly, clearly and with care. It was thanks to their participation that the vacation became more comfortable and calmer. The service at the reception is at the level of a good five. Thank you very much for your professionalism and humanity! Such employees are a real asset for any hotel.

Room 20A needs to be renovated.

We had a one bedroom ocean view apartment for two weeks. There was plenty of room and the kitchen had a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge and enough untensils. The apartment is cleaned daily and towels and bedding replaced during your stay. Location is overlooking the beach and the busy Patak Road - yes you can hear the bars when on the balcony but not when inside the bedroom. The pool area needs updating the sun beds are very old but the pool is lovely and quiet with a lot of shade provided by the trees and the building there are no parasols- beach towels are available at reception.

Sun beds should be replaced but the beach is across the road.

I've been a regular traveller to Karon Beach over the years and this is the first time I have stayed at the Waterfront Suites. I was incredibly impressed. The location is ideal; across the road from the beach. It is the shortest 3min walk from the Suites to the main road, then straight across to the beach. The room we stayed in was clean and I would say, in original condition. It was nothing fancy, but the entire apartment was enormous and we both had our own room and bathroom. There were some renovations beginning when we got there, but to be honest, the disruption (for the week we were there), was minimal. I would absolutely stay here again and for value for money, and proximity to the beach and local eateries, this is a great place.

The 'games' room was in disarray. We only took a look to see what the options were (pool table and darts), but it was very un-impressive. Don't waste your time looking for something extra to do; go for a walk instead!

It is very central to Karon Beach shops, across the road from beach. Very safe and secure with single entry access way and 2 security points ( 3 at night ). Pool area is great, massive 2br apartment and spacious with 4 adults 2 kids.

With centrality come noise from bars. We knew that when we booked. Most nights got quiet around midnight. Friday Saturday a little later. You got used to it after the second night and a few stiff drinks. My 70+ yo in-laws didnt mind and loved it. We were on the side facing the strip, 10A . All the 'A' apartments will face strip to check with resort prior to check-in. D apartments southern side would be best for noise. Overall good value for whats on offer, Phuket used to be cheap in low seasons but lots of Russians have the place booked up.

We were two people in a two bedroom suite so we had plenty of space. Good kitchen with all equipment needed for a short stay. Balcony in three directions.

Quite a lot of music from the restaurants and bars on the main street, which can be disturbing if you want to have a nice evening on the balcony and don't like rock music. And the AC in the room 4 pcs in total has passed the best before date and brought some noise as well. Little old house that hasn't been renovated in a while, but clean and tidy.

The apartment was spacious and clean with amazing sea views. Although roowitrequire an uplift as fixtures are out dated. Staff at reception is super helpful. I would call out Ms. Boa, who remembers all details about every guest and is always willing to help you in any way. I have stayed at many hotels/apartments in the last 5 years but have never seen staff as cheerful and helpful as at this establishment!

I loved the view — we had a “D” side, so it was 180-degree view to mountains and the beach and the city! Beautiful sunsets everyday! The room is nice, bright and very spacious with a lot of air, A/C are bit noisy but it didn’t bother us. We had 11 floor and music from the outside wasn’t too noisy, especially if you close the balcony door. The staff is very welcoming and nice! And perfect location it’s 5 mins walk from the hotel, there are two 7/11 and a lot of restaurants on the next street.

Maybe a little bit outdated furniture and definitely old TV — no smart tv, so there’s no use for it at all.

My stay at the hotel was excellent in every way. The room was clean and comfortable, and the services were top-notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience truly enjoyable and positive. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities met all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely come back again

The location of this accommodation is awesome, so close to beach, restaurants and night market. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the views from the 3 balconies were exceptional. We requested the 'quiet side' of the building and did not have any issue with noise from the street.

Only negative were beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, could do with a mattress topper to soften them a bit.

It’s an apartment at a reasonable price, opposite the beach, close to shops & restaurants

There are some who think they own the pool area by putting towels on all sun beds & not using them. Also playing their loud music around the pool area. (This has happened 2 years in a row) management need to stop this or put up signs. The pool is for everyone’s enjoyment.
