Was initially uncertain due to negative feedback by some previous guests and thus booked a shorter stay but the worries were unfounded. The staff were noted to be putting in efforts to rectify them. Hotel is located just along Karon beach, about 1 hour drive from airport. Food, convenience store and massage places just outside. Highlight of the hotel is the water play area for younger kids and 2 exciting water slides for the older ones and adults. Attendants at the slides were friendly and made effort to engage the kids. Would be even nicer if the slides start earlier from 9am instead of 10am. My kid is an early riser 😊 Need to note that the floor / walls of the pool is very rough, easy to get scratched after coming down from the slides. Front desk staff were helpful. There is whatsapp messaging for ease of communication e.g., register for the shuttle to/from Jungceylon /Big C. There is an indoor play area for the younger kids, and many activities (free and paid) for kids and adults although we didn't get to try them. Room and surroundings were clean. Range of food available for breakfast, waitstaff were pleasant and smiley. Dining area is open air with good ventilation, there were birds trying to steal food off the unattended plates / tables. Didn't realise that there were family rooms that accommodate up to 4 persons that could be book via the hotel website.

Area to be improved on: The temperature of water in the shower drastically changed suddenly and repeatedly even when just switching on to cold water, making showering very unpleasant.

I liked my room as it takes me directly to the swimming pools and there is more than one water play area. It’s really wonderful. I liked Karon. has services and everything close to you, 7/11, a pharmacy, and a beach that you can go to on foot.

Breakfast! Breakfast is purely Asian. It is difficult to find options. I kept eating omelettes every day

The bedroom and pool are the best about our stay! Super clean and seems very new.. my kids really love the pool. We could swim every single day there! And the fact that its just across the beach, we could see the sunset just right there. And the staff there, super friendly, always with a smile... thank you!

The difficult part about our stay was, food. It would be easier for us Muslims if the hotel caters halal food. At least it opens up a wider variety of food spread for us. Every morning for breakfast we could only eat bread and fruits. Poor us..

Location is perfect. Beach is just across the road, market is literally next door. A 10-15 minute walk to the main area where all the other restaurants and shops are. Room was perfect size, lots of space. Pool access was totally worth the extra money as you can just go in and out and watch your kid play in the pool. Layout of the hotel was well thought of. It’s a long-lengthwise property so they placed different types of pools/water park in the middle of the 2 buildings where the rooms are so even when it was busy, the pools never felt too crowded as there were so many areas to go. Kids Club was being renovated so it was temporarily located at the second floor of the restaurant which I first thought would be a bummer but turned out well for my 4 year old who loved going. She would finish her food and ask to go there and my husband and I would be able to have an hour to ourselves to chat while we finished eating. The staff in the kids club was also amazing even if they didn’t have all the facilities set up there. They entertained my child and made a lot of art. Staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. From reception, waiters to room attendants. We go to Phuket often and this is probably my favorite hotel so far. Definitely go back.

Not really a negative. Breakfast was very busy our first day and there was hardly any food left with still 40 mins to go but they managed to replenish after their attention was called. It did improve everyday and I believe they hired new staff to keep up with the demand which made the flow of the breakfast better. Clog in the bathroom shower. Our showers were always quick to prevent water from spilling into the rest of the bathroom.

- location was great (just across the street the beach) - breakfast was good but (not very good) - swimming pool with sliders was fun for the kids - lot of chinese people, my son is half chinese, so he made a lot of friends :-) - enough opportunities in the neighboorhood to eat outside at walking distance

- the service at the reception, they fir st did not want to solve the IT problem of a computer. After insisting they could solve the problem after 2 days - despite hanging the plate 'not disturb' at our door of the room, cleaning staff entered without asking

Staff very friendly and helpful all time. The pool clean and kids have great time. Next to hotel many shops and restaurants. Karon Beach one of the best beaches in Phuket. The hotel safe.

In the check in they should inform us that there is a shuttle facility take you to Patong Area. We become to know last day of our stay.

New hotel, very spacious rooms with terrace. Air con, pool towels available, flip-flops. Very clean, with great service Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options Very good location 2 min walk near the beach. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and bars and markets. Beautiful pool. Quiet during the night

Room was facing the pool, but the pool area is very noisy during the day. Loud music. They also allow people to play their own music on bluetooth speakers on top of the pool music system. Staff really nice and helpful, but English not at great level

Location, size of room, pool and pool access from room and general cleanliness were great. It is across Karon beach. Food was great too

1. Requiring a deposit in cash or keep passport in lieu. This is the first hotel in ages which doesn’t take a credit card room deposit. Not sure why 2. The towels were not replenished or changed until I asked. 3. Coffee at breakfast buffet was a challenge. Cups got over, too few coffee machines etc. Despite having a Starbucks at the lobby

We loved the ambience and the hotel designed. The room was spacious and very clean. Superb buffet breakfast with variety of food. The location also convenient for us, just across the street you will reach the white sand of Karon Beach. Staffs were very helpful, friendly and services oriented. Overall resort were excellent and value for money, we will definitely be back here.

Room was clean and large. Facilities in the room were good. We stayed in a balcony room but pool access would have been great. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Our daughter enjoyed the kids club, lots of different activities and they staff made a real fuss of her when she went and if they saw her around the hotel. Beach was across a road, was nice but large waves so couldn’t swim.

Nothing to dislike about the property but we weren’t keen on Phuket as a destination. We could be in spain as it felt very similar, not a good authentic thai vibe. That is nothing to do with the hotel which was great!
