Location is great and breakfasts were lovely. Pool was unusual Great beech across the road

There is a beach just in front of the holtel Also they have a swimming pool at the back There is a few shops at the entrance in case you need something Breakfast was lovely there is so many thinks we're you can choose from Staff is so nice and there to help you anytime Lots of restaurants nearby. I honestly don't know why some people are complaining I would definitely come back .

Location in Karon was great. Pool access room was amazing. Great local Thai food with meters from hotel as well as 7-11 and pharmacy. Happy hour at pool bar was great. Sundae at breakfast was so helpful and friendly. Katy at the tour desk is amazing so funny and friendly and helpful. We would not use another tour organiser. Great air con, bed and excellent shower pressure. Spacious room we loved our stay. Pool was clean and beautiful.

No bacon at breakfast but it was not a deal breaker for us.

All the reviews here talk about how friendly the staff is and that is absolutely correct. The staff are incredibly nice and go above and beyond. The food at this resort is SO good. Genuinely. Spend some time eating here you won't regret it. The location of this resort is amazing. You step out and you're at the beach. There are so many shops and restaurants around that you really can get anywhere on foot. Bangla road is only a 10-15 mins drive away and feels so easily accessible. I think this was the pefect start to our vacation, and we're so glad we booked here.

Look, it's not a plush 5-star but it's very comfortable. The room furniture could be renovated but it's not the end of the world.

The staff were excellent, welcoming and always very helpful. My room clean, air con cool, was spacious, with a lounge and coffee table which was great for a 30 day stay. Great amount of drawers and storage, so you can unpack everything. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options, but we need bacon!

The mattress is a little hard. The music at the pool, there was one music mix that actually had good songs, but it was played using I don't know, some sort of chipmunk voice effect, like Alvin and the Chipmonks, which was terrible. the fridge could of been a little bigger.

Nice hotel and great location, near lots of shops and restaurants and right across from the beach. It is slightly dated as many hotels in Thailand are but that kind of adds to its charm. We chose a junior suite; the room and bathroom was huge and we had a sea view balcony. Nice swimming pool in a unique shape (though this did create issues, see negatives below). Breakfast and in fact other food we had at the hotel was was good. Staff were great.

As I said slightly dated and whilst that's charming on the one hand it does give rise to a few maintenence issues that could do with being addressed. The tiles around the swimming pool in many places were missing or broken, some of the structure of the exterior needs replacing, there is quite a significant ant problem round the pool. The pool set up, though it looks lovely, does mean that when busy there are insufficient loungers for everyone who wants them. That said it was not a big enough problem that it would stop me staying there as overall our stay was really good.

The traditional feel to the resort, clean and tidy, staff always accesible. Breakfast a great variety and always tasty. Swim up pool fantastic, clean and manicured. Swim up pool bar was great, friendly staff, room size was great especially the junior suite.

No shuttle to nearby town. All tiled areas in main lobby and breakfast areas very slippery.

Excellent location and lovely staff. Spacious rooms cleaned daily and lovely pool veiw. Plenty of options available for breakfast. Katie, who looks after your taxi and activity bookings is worth a visit. Got us good discounts and was also very nice and friendly.

The pool bar, extortionate prices. Menu shows a price and then there is a further 17% added on. We also had to tell the barman about ants in the spirit bottles, he either didn't understand what we were saying or just wasn't bothered. He just poured water over the bottles..... ants could still be seen floating about in the spirits.

Great location across from Karon Beach and with shopping and restaurants nearby. Great value for money, especially a patio room for the kids so they could swim whenever.

Was hard getting a table for 4 at breakfast. Next time I would book a north facing room for more sun.
