We stayed one night in a double room and 3 nights in a twin room. Rooms were big and clean. AC, wi-fi, TV & shower worked well. Plenty restaurants and shops on the way to the beach. Great value for money. I recommend this hotel for the not so picky travellers.

No complaints, just to inform others: the bed is pretty hard, and the bathroom is wet, but this is common in Asia, so if you're not ok with it, look somewhere else. But you might end up paying more for the same conditions.

The room was quite spacious and very comfortable

The receptionist barely spoke English and wasn’t able to assist me properly when I asked about taxi options to the airport. She could only tell me “no” without offering any alternatives or recommendations. The service was quite lacking for a "hotel." Additionally, the location was a bit far from the beach, situated on a road that wasn’t very comfortable for walking.

Very good location. Good for what you pay per night, balcony door didn’t lock but they were very honest and said there was no contractor on site today to fix it. It didn’t bother us for 1 night. Staff were nice on check in and said room was ready earlier than the check in time which helped us massively. Big spacious room. Good short walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants very near by. If you stay then definitely go to Elephant Cafe a couple doors down, the breakfast was amazing! Lovely smoothies and iced coffees. The rest of the menu looked delicious too!

It’s a good location, very close to the night markets and cafes and massage parlours. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our room had a pretty view of the flower store next door.

The water was not hot or cold, all one temperature, lukewarm. Also water gets everywhere on the bathroom floor because the shower is right next to the toilet and sink

This was a nice place to stay if in the Karon area, which is a more relaxed area of Phuket. Bolt taxis or bikes are easily available and are so cheap if wanting to get to Patong, Phuket old town etc. The rooms were in great condition also and every morning fresh water bottles and toilet paper were left at the door

The building seemed older but the rooms must have been remodeled. The room was very modern and clean. A little minimalistic in a good way. Room was very clean, bed slept great. My room also have a view on the balcony of the ocean and big Buddha. Staff was great.

Only issue was the long walk to the beach. You are not that far, but there is no through road. You need to walk all the way den to the intersection with beach road to get to beach.

The hotel was clean, everything worked good, the AC, the. fridge, the safe, the bathroom. It was no problem to check in a bit earlier.

The towels were rather worn. Their particles came to everywhere in the room. They should have been thrown in the trash.

Friendly front desk staff, huge room with all necessities, felt very secure being a solo female traveller

A lift could have been better, I travelled light and was on the 4th floor… so carrying the luggage wasn’t a problem, but if you do carry a lot… then it might be a problem.

Good location, spacious and clean room.

The communication with the host wasn't very easy, but generally we didn't have any problem.
