We were staying elsewhere and spotted this place when walking past. The environment was so friendly and relaxed - we were eating by the pool every day with smiling staff, always happy to help. We stayed with our 3 kids who loved the 3m deep pool for diving down and cooling off. We loved all of the food and had many meals there - great prices also. We actually extended our stay to almost 3 weeks - we aren't really a "big resort family" so this was the perfect option and we all loved staying here. We will be back for sure!

Nothing really - nothing that isn't a common issue throughout the area (eg minor plumbing issues) but these were quickly fixed!

The only cupboard in the room was very moldy We did not use the cupboard The shower taps were a bit difficult to open and close so it gave only extremely hot /cold settings

From check in to check out everything was friendly, clean and well organized. Very attentive staff and the pool was a nice bonus after a hot day on the beach. There is a massage place next door called lemongrass massage, we had lots of fantastic massage’s there, I highly recommend. Karon beach is a 10 minute walk and there are lots of restaurants, bars etc… along the way. I highly recommend this place, very good value for money.

Nothing negative to say, fantastic value for money.

Very comfortable beds. The family room is very nice and convinient for 4 people. Its in a chill place of the island, so no music bothering. Its about 15 minutes walk to the beach but at least you don't have the noise bothering you all night.

The hotel staff are very friendly, we got an early check in and a late check out for no extra charge. They have a nice pool and some sun beds to relax and order food from. Reception is 24 hours. There is a good gym 100 meters down the road. Massage nearby 20 meters. Lots of restaurants on the way you walk to the beach. Rooms very nice, I have a balcony room and would book the same again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The pool was really nice and clean bar area and reception were very chilled places to hang out.

One of the cleaning ladies was very very noisy and never ever smiled . I got the impression she did not like it if you did not want to get out of bed.

So happy we booked here. The facilities were clean. They bedroom was spacious. The pool was clean and got lots of sunlight. The staff were super helpful. If i go to phuket again id stay in Karon Pool Hotel and make it my base.

my wife and i really enjoyed our vivit here we had to extend our stay after the first night. The hotel is really close to karon beach which has alot of restaraunts on the beach and a few live music bars down the road a few minute walk from the hotel

Cozy small hotel. Our room face backyard, so it we did not hear road sounds and it was quiet in general. I would like to say thanks to women, who work there for being very friendly and helpful and with a good sense of humor. Reception area was nice.

They should take out the word "Beach" out the name, because beach is obviously 15 minute walk from there. Pool was also so-so, not good, not terrible. Wi-fi connection was ok at reception area, but in the room it was often poor.

Lots of mosquitos in our room when we arrived, but otherwise very clean
