A very friendly family run hotel this is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are so friendly, they help with everything and are always smiling. The rooms are super comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool is a deffinate bonus and needed after a hot day out and about, there are plenty of sunbeds. The massage place next door is the best massage place we have had in Thailand, there is a well equiped gym 2 minutes walk away, plenty of restaaurants and coffee shops all around the arae and a 24 hour seven eleven 2 minutes walk away. it takes about 10 minutses to walk to Karon beach, we rent motorbikes from the hotel and that makes in less than 2 minutes to drive there. Karon beach is an amazing white sandy beach, a very long beach with beautiful clear blue water. thanks again for an amazing stay.

everything was great

We were staying elsewhere and spotted this place when walking past. The environment was so friendly and relaxed - we were eating by the pool every day with smiling staff, always happy to help. We stayed with our 3 kids who loved the 3m deep pool for diving down and cooling off. We loved all of the food and had many meals there - great prices also. We actually extended our stay to almost 3 weeks - we aren't really a "big resort family" so this was the perfect option and we all loved staying here. We will be back for sure!

Nothing really - nothing that isn't a common issue throughout the area (eg minor plumbing issues) but these were quickly fixed!

Lovely place, There are live music bars near by on the way to the beach nice restaurants and the sunset was awesome on Karon beach which is just around the corner from the hotel they have bikes to rent from the hotel which makes traveling a lot cheaper and easier. The beaches are also close to the hotel just Less than a 2minute drive away

Cool hotel with nice rooms and really nice staff. Easy walk to Karon beach or rent a motorbike from the hotel as I did. The place had a nice pool and cooked up some great food in the restaurant, relaxing spending a day around the pool. My room and the place had everything I needed. A great option when staying in Karon

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice, always smiling and helping. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have a good gym near the hotel and a 24-hour supermarket, restaurants and massage. Karon Beach was very long with beautiful white sand. We want to go back already.

The only cupboard in the room was very moldy We did not use the cupboard The shower taps were a bit difficult to open and close so it gave only extremely hot /cold settings

Very comfortable beds. The family room is very nice and convinient for 4 people. Its in a chill place of the island, so no music bothering. Its about 15 minutes walk to the beach but at least you don't have the noise bothering you all night.

From check in to check out everything was friendly, clean and well organized. Very attentive staff and the pool was a nice bonus after a hot day on the beach. There is a massage place next door called lemongrass massage, we had lots of fantastic massage’s there, I highly recommend. Karon beach is a 10 minute walk and there are lots of restaurants, bars etc… along the way. I highly recommend this place, very good value for money.

Nothing negative to say, fantastic value for money.

The hotel staff are very friendly, we got an early check in and a late check out for no extra charge. They have a nice pool and some sun beds to relax and order food from. Reception is 24 hours. There is a good gym 100 meters down the road. Massage nearby 20 meters. Lots of restaurants on the way you walk to the beach. Rooms very nice, I have a balcony room and would book the same again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The pool was really nice and clean bar area and reception were very chilled places to hang out.

One of the cleaning ladies was very very noisy and never ever smiled . I got the impression she did not like it if you did not want to get out of bed.
