We spent 6 wonderful days in this hotel during October 2023. In general we had a great experience in the Princess SeaView Resort and Spa. I would like to share the next aspects of our accommodation in the hotel. 1. The room was clean and sunny. Every day hotel staff cleaned the room and renew 2 drinkable water bottles. The room itself was large enough for comfortable accommodation of 2 adults. The view of the Andaman Sea from our room balcony was astonishing. 2. The hotel had a free every half-hour transfer to and from Karon Beach. It is very convenient when you don't want or don't like to go to the beach on your feet. By the way, we usually walked to the Karon beach by ourselves. Not far from the hotel you can buy different Thai fruits. For instance, mango price was about 40-50 thai baht per 1 kg. 3. We liked buffet breakfast during our stay. It was included in out booking. Every day we had a good choice of different meals during the breakfast. 4. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We always got required answers for our questions.

Location was on the high way with 5+ mins walk to get to where all the shops. Hotel doesn’t have room service and doesn’t allow delivery to come to the room.

ONLY POINT id mention it was lacking ......Definitely needs more cooking utensils...with it been a self catering apartment, we had 1 frying pan 1 spatula, 2 plates, 1 bowl, 1 fork, 2 spoons, 1 knife , 2x cups .... Nothing else..for 2 ppl for 6 days We did ask for more cutlery & was given some though x but definitely needs more

Best Value for money. Cleanliness. Friendly helpful staff. Ample parking on site. Perfect location and easy access. Easy to visit local markets, restaurants and Karon Beach. Very nice pools and views from terrace. Amazing stay at this price. Thankyou.

The bedrooms that we stayed in ‘Seaview Room’ was absolutely stunning. We were located on the 5th floor, the views were amazing!!!! The rooms had the most ginormous and comfortable bed. With an open view bathroom, with a big bath. The room is what made the trip for us. The pool was great too.

My only critique about this hotel is the restaurant. The lady working the evenings was so rude! We walked into the restaurant and smiled and asked for table for two - she gave us the most dirtiest look (I am not sure it is because they was near to closing). She walked over sliding her feet, walking slowly, no smiles again when taking the order. It is a shame because the food was good, if the waitress was not so unwelcoming we would have ate there again, but decided not to because of her.

We stayed in a super clean and very spacious family suite with an amazing view of the sea and lush vegetation. The hotel has a massive variety of well maintained trees and colourful plants and flowers which attract a wide variety of colourful birds with whistling and tweeting sounds we have never heard before and numerous colourful butterflies throughout the day, creating a peaceful and relaxing ambience! The suite was equipped with all essential items which included extras such as umbrella, dressing gowns and flip flops! Breakfast was more than adequate. The courtesy bus to the beach is provided throughout the day and will drop and pick you up from anywhere along its route; Karon Beach is one of the best beaches we have visited and we would say that Thailand is a 'must visit' destination. The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly throughout our stay and we will definitely stay again.

Knowledge of mixing spirits and cocktails could be improved.

Everything was excellent and the food was fresh and cooked on the spot. The fruit was great, and the rest of the buffet was also very good. The bed was huge, the windows were soundproof, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly. The staff at the reception were very kind and helped us a lot.

The pool bar was closed. I would have happily had a few drinks if it had been open. I don't think the property has any negative aspects to complain about.

Great resort with lots of facilities, walking distance from the beach and main attractions in Karon. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted by the team and offered a cold fruit juice. We were upgraded for a free to a bigger room which was super nice. The cleanliness level was above the Thailand average we have seen, so a big plus. The room was fitted with a mini-bar with decent prices and the wi-fi worked perfectly. The breakfast was decent and good selection.

The pool felt a little bit neglected, as some of the tiles required replacement and it wasn't cleaned properly. Unfortunately it was infested with russian tourist well known for their lack of manner and primitive behaviour. It's not something the hotel should be accountable for because all of Thailand is affected by this.

We got upgraded to a swim up room which was really nice . Very large room with all amenities - lovely pool and great area to chill - great free shuttle to beach and very nice staff

We thought we would have use of a restaurant but the one at the top of the hotel was closed for refurb (no mention made of this) so only place was breakfast room in the evening - with very limited choice . Super huge bed but only 1 pillow per person - WiFi terrible unfortunately just kept going off unless you stood in onwards corner of room near the door 😂 it was intermittent.
