Very welcoming and friendly staff through out hotel. Amazing breakfast with a cook to order egg station. Pool access room was very special and different. Decorated four poster bed on our arrival. Got upgraded room free on arrival. Would highly recommend access resort and villas. Beautiful gardens,pool areas with 2 swim up bars.

Food, drink and spa a little more expensive than outside. Bed very hard. Work, renovations, driling etc. going on all day in pool bar/cafe opposite our room...getting it ready for high season. 20 minute walk to beach....no footpaths.

The swim up rooms were lovely. We had a free upgrade to the green wing not sure what the difference was. The rooms were very clean, bed linen was very good quality.

The shower just had a curtain but the way the shower head was set sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. The shower would also surge with very hot water no matter what temperature you set the shower at this would be dangerous for young children and was very uncomfortable for adults. It was a case of standing to one side and getting under in between the hot surges which wasn’t ideal. This appeared to be the case in most of the rooms.

The location was lovely the property was just like you was in some sort of film set to beautiful , the staff could not do enough for you and made you feel so welcome and made your feel that you were special it was an experience that i will not forget and can’t wait to go back again, truly i had two weeks there out of our three i now regret not spending the three weeks there big love to the whole place and the food was excellent no need to go out but there are plenty of excellent restaurants just a little walk away i had the best of both to choose from I could absolutely go on and on can not recommend this place highly enough

The staff are so kind and attentive, they made our stay so comfortable. Any issue we had was dealt with immediately. We stayed in the newly refurbished blue wing and really enjoyed the walk in swimming pool for 2 weeks. The rooms are big and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a decent size and had nice thai hot options, with a egg station and continental options. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The area was slightly away from main karon (only a 15 min walk) but we chose the hotel purely for this reason. There are two 7 11s nearby and several coffee shops. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet time in Phuket!

Theres not a lot we didnt like. But would advice the hotel to let cleaners know to clean floors and surfaces especially during a 2 week period, we had to let staff know as our floor did get quiet unclean. Also, the toilet tissue is very thin so meant we went through tissue quite quickly. The tvs are not smart tv so could not connect to watch our shows so was watching only the channels available. Everything else was perfect and we definetly return and stay at Access Resort. Thank you team ❤️

Only downside with the pool room is bugs.. cockroaches mozzies was horrendous. We moved to another resort after a week and was much better cleaner/modern no bugs. A bit dated but still nice Wouldn't eat in the resturant

The swim-up rooms are awesome, the pool is at your doorstep and you have a small terrace where you can relax and have lunch. They can bring the lunch by boat. The pool area is beautiful and is kept very clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It’s located away from busy Karon beach which is nice but at the same time you might have to drive to get to restaurants. There is a 7eleven across the road but be careful to cross, it’s very busy.

The food was okay, it had some hits and misses. Don’t put toilet paper/tissue down the toilet because you will soon find out that the drains cannot handle it. They don’t explicitly say this anywhere so if you’re new to Thailand, it’s only after your drain is clogged that this is pointed out to you :)

Right from when we arrived the staff were attentive and keen to help at any hour of the day! The hotel was ideally situated for us with easy access to cafes and restaurants and a short drive from busier locations. The hotel itself was lovely, we especially loved the pool access from the room and we found ourselves spending every evening in the pool which was always lukewarm and never cold. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom with clean facilities and a huge, comfortable bed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Access to anyone.

It's a lovely quiet location to get away from the bustle of Patong. Hopping in the pool straight from your room is great. The staff are friendly and the choice of food at breakfast was good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but a little tired

The pool was a little heavy on the chlorine and could do with a bit of a scrub

A little bit of maintenance around the pool area could enhance the overall ambiance and improve the resort’s appeal. Despite this minor drawback, it’s still a relaxing and great destination for a getaway.

We absolutely loved our 3 nights in our own villa with a private pool. The pool area is wonderful, sun loungers at both ends of the pool and a fountain that provides a wonderful back massage. It was a truly fantastic way to start our 20th anniversary celebrations. Location was fantastic, only a short walk to the local night market, 7/11 and little restaurants close by and the main beach area only about 15-20 minute walk with lots of things along the way. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and always willing to help. The onsite day spa is also great, I thoroughly enjoyed my foot massage and would highly recommend them. Breakfast was delicious, we went in low season and the resort was very quiet but they still provided a great variety in the buffet.

Beds are a bit hard but that is not uncommon in Thailand.
