Overall it's a very nice place to stay - spacey room, good facilities, reliable WiFi, very friendly host. Location is a bit on the hill, but was not a problem for me and I can walk easily to the shops and sea itself.

I got a room right next to the road (I think it's the only one that close to it) and even though there is virtually no traffic some cards/bikes make big noise right behind the window - I'm a light sleeper so needed to use ear-plugs all the time. It was the only issue for me and probably doesn't apply to other rooms.

Fantastic host, very helpful. Cleaned every day, Clean bed sheets every 2 days.

photos a little deceptive, didn’t realize we would only have top floor of the villa sharing with others. only a fridge and kettle in private accommodation. No private balcony or terrace or pool area. pool area enclosed in walls, no views and little sunshine, very dark up a very steep hill, then up 2 floors, ok for us but maybe not others.

The interior design is stunning. There is surrounded by art and inspiration all around. The owners are very nice friendly and funny. Cats are so cute and lovely. This place is amazing is really hard to find a place like this in Thailand.

The price is quite expensive. You may get a luxury hotel for this price, but this place can give you more experience than other hotels. This place is really unique, so overall it is good value and a reasonable price.

Nice location, a bit hillside; an easy walk away from the clean and not crowded beach. Nice view and peaceful surrounding. Convenient pool and whirlpool for easy relax at the place itself. Nice green garden. Comfortable beds. It is the perfect place, not only for honeymoon or any couple, but also for small and big families and individual travelers.

My stay was too short this time, only one night. :-)

Relaxed private hillside setting. Cozy quiet atmosphere, away from the street noise. Roger the owner is very welcoming and personable. Highly recommend.

The villa is located by an infrequently used road, in a quiet place, amongst large green garden. Very nice. My window overlooked the road but there are rooms overlooking other sides as well. The place has a great potential. There is a kitchen there, I was told, for the use of guests although I did not use it. There is a table and some chairs in the garden available for guests, I think, and a small pool. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. A fridge, kettle , cups and coffee (instant) were available in the room or rather in a small space between the bedroom and the bathroom. Good idea.

The room was okay size but colors, shapes and textures of all furniture, rugs, paintings, tables, chairs etc did not match one another, creating chaos. The bathroom I though could have been cleaner. Equally well, it could have been my impression given the color of tiles. The shower/bathroom mat seemed to be made from natural material.. Not a good idea for a guesthouse as it is not easy to keep it clean. There was no closet in the room.
