Resort have everything you need and staff are friendly. Stunning location away from street noises but not far from Karon main areas and beach. Restaurant, pool, laundry service is very much needed and available. Breakfast was really nice with different options.

Toilet wasn't cleaned by housekeeping until we asked them during our stay (6 days).

My wife, our 18yr old and I stayed at this resort. My wife and I had one room and my daughter had a room for herself. The resort is very well located. A lovely 10min stroll from resort to main street and a further 5min to the beach. However, the resort provide transport to and from the beach on the hour through the day. Both our rooms were very spacious, very comfortable and with a balcony furnished with a table and chairs to take advantage of the sea view. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The outdoor pool, the area around the pool and the view from the pool is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were quick to resolve a couple of slight issues that occurred. Barring the gym, the facilities are very good. The resort restaurant is very good also, with the menu catering a wide variety of food, including Thai dishes. We would definitely stay here again.

The prices for the excursions from the resort are expensive. Considerably cheaper for the same excursions can be found on the main street. Resort laundry cost are expensive. Cheaper next day laundry provision can be provided from a local business on the walk to the main street. The resort is on a slope which can be difficult to walk. But lifts are available and buggy's to transport luggage are provided. The gym equipment requires updating. Neither of these negatively impacted on our holiday.

The location was great Great and lovely staff and they were always willing to help The hotel is close to good restaurants and the beach 10-15 min walk (they have a car service to the beach every hour 10am-5pm) The beach near the hotel (Karon beach) is fantastic

Maybe start the lift as if it is raining you WILL need to climb stairs and it can be tiring as it is a incline the view isnt WOW like it seems in the photos but it is good nevertheless Our tour vans/ grab bikes could not climb the slopes so you might need to go down from the lobby sometimes (not a complain)

The view, the beds (super comfy and large), the rooms are big, the staff are friendly, daily cleaning, infinity pool. LOVED how to buggy pick you up from room and take you down :)

Up such a big hill 😅 the staff in the restaurant were very slow (ate there three times) and everytime we had to ask for menus and waited a long time to order

The hotel has amazing view from the hill, very good breakfast with plenty of things to choose, friendly staff and big rooms. The view from the terrace was wonderful! We also liked the pool with the bar. Despite some downsides we enjoyed the hotel.

It was a bit annoying to move to our building a few times a day because you either climb many steps or use two elevators. The hotel itself is not that close to the beach and the transfer goes just once an hour starting from 10 AM. The elevators are not that quick and don't want to move as many people as they are supposed to. We had sewage smell in our bathroom.

We loved Toon who was super friendly and helpful. He was letting us know what's happening in town every day and where we can go and have fun. He was always ready to assist us with getting a taxi or anything we needed. Our housekeeper was always ready to clean our room when we needed it. Most of front office staff were also friendly.

It was a guy who was working at night at the front desk (wearing glasses) he was never in good mood and couple times when we were returning back to our rooms, we would stop by front desk to get couple bottle of water and he always refused to give us water. He would say the housekeeper left two bottles for you today and that's your share for the day, if you need more you have to go and purchase it. Two bottle was never enough for the entire day and night since the weather was so hot. That's the only bad memory we have about staying in your resort.

Really nice view from the hotel and swimming pool, which was really good, not big, but enough! Overall the hotel is good, but some reconstruction is needed, a bit old. The room and shower were clean, but didn’t like the bed and pillow, was uncomfortable for me.. breakfast is ok, not too many choices for 4 stars hotel and didn’t change at all for 4 days. Location is ok, but you better to have a bike here, to the beach is about 20-25 min by walk, but there is a transfer every hour. We lived in building 6, almost on the top and it was about 150 high steps to lobby, so be prepared) not recommended to older people and with children. There is golf car transfer inside in hotel, but doesn’t work in rainy day and fully understand why! Good wi fi, towels for the swimming pool and for beach

The family suite was super spacious, with two bathrooms, 3 balconies - one with a private spa bath. The location was close to town - there is a shuttle but it was an easy walk as the weather is mild at this time of year. The staff were friendly, and although the rooms are located on a steep hillside, there is a cart to take you there on demand, and it is well worth it for the view. Karon itself is more laidback than Patong and as the starting point of our trip was a nice way to unwind.

The only downside were the matresses being very firm. The linen and pillows were very comfortable other than that. The altitude would not be ideal with young children but for 4 adults, it was great value for the space we had in the suite. The food was average in the hotel but there are plenty of options in the main street.

This is resort is unique and quite an adventure to stay at! We read the reviews about being quite steep and lots of stairs so we were prepared. The kids loved the golf cart rides to the apartment, it was like a roller coaster ride. We were staying on level 7, quite high up so the cart was nearly vertical. This allowed for incredible view over the sea, mountains and big Buddha. Our 2 bedroom apartment was massive with a living room in between and our own spa. The beds were as hard as concrete, we mentioned it to reception and they immediately placed mattress toppers on to the beds which was heaven! The staff here were so lovely, helpful and tried everything to make our stay perfect. Please note that if it is raining the cart does not go above the level the pool is on so you have to walk up lots of steep steps. Didn’t bother us, just a note. Infinity pool was lovely, basic pool bar, breakfast was expensive for what it was so only had it once. Also not the driveway is extremely steep so most vehicles drop you at the bottom of the drive way and you have to walk up. It is located in a residential street area, takes less than 10 mins to walk to shops and about 15 mins to beach (or they have free shuttle every hour). Visit market at temple, Kiri restaurant and Cappadocia Turkish restaurant, wonderful food.

Very minor…breakfast was too pricey.
