We stayed at this hotel twice—first for our trip to the Phi Phi Islands, and then again when we returned to Phuket. Both times, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were large and comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach and many nice restaurants. However, the street outside is very busy with several coffee shops and loud music, but thankfully, the rooms were well-isolated , so noise was not an issue for us. If you're looking for a lively, party atmosphere, this place is ideal. We preferred quieter surroundings, so we ended up taking a taxi to different places almost every day.

The main downside was the reception. The staff were unfriendly and not helpful. The first time, our key card was deactivated before checkout time, leaving us stranded because you need the card to use the elevator, and there are no stairs. The second time, our request for an early check-in was denied, and we had to wait three hours to get into our room. The receptionists were cold and didn't even greet us, which felt quite unwelcoming.

Location, everything you would need is 1 or 2 minutes walk away but far enough not to hear the music from the bars at nights. Great Price compared to otheres in this range. Cleanliness, towels were changed daily. Elevator. Room size and light in the the room from the big balcony windows

Water smelled strange when using the shower initially. Probably not the fault of the accomodation. There was a lot of work near the property regarding water/sewage.

I liked the room, and the room lady, she did what I wanted, and I was hapoy to give her a tip at the end of my stay.

The reception lady wasn’t very welcoming and has random hours of presence inbetween the official hours. When starting the shower water, there is a smell. I don’t think it comes from the water itself but the air coming from the drain that is filling with water. Or maybe it’s the water, I don’t know.

The hotel is right across the street from 7/11 and is next to a bunch of restaurants and massage parlors. The days and nights are full of people which I really liked. I traveled alone but never felt alone. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Aside from location, the room was comfortable. The shower head is in the bathroom and not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which was ok. This is not typical in America so it wasn't something I was used to but the shower still worked great.

Great value for the money at Karon Beach. Our room was on the 3rd floor, right over the main entrance facing the 7/11 (great coffee!), which was good and bad. We had a fun time people watching from our great balcony, but it could be a little loud at times. Though Karon Beach i pretty tame (unlike Patong), so it was never a major issue. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was fine and the A/C worked great. The beach was close enough and it was beautiful! There were plenty of amazing restaurants right by the hotel.

Our biggest issue was the wifi in our room. It was very spotty and worked best by the door. We were at the end of the hall, so they may need to add a repeater so those rooms can have better service. The room was a little small but we made it work.

such a good place for the best price! we enjoyed it so much the room had a little balcony that we could sit in, the stuff was so amazing and friendly and helped us with everything we needed! the walk to the beach is so short and we also loved the area itself it was calm and felt like one of the smaller islands definitely recommended!!!

you need at least 20 minutes drive to get into the more “famous” places of phuket, which we didn’t mind that much but take it to your consideration

Newly renovated building.Room is small, but you get all you need. If you are lucky as I was, get the room facing the back yard, so it’s quiet.

It’s always very hot in the bathroom.

Very clean, modern room with a little balcony. The WiFi was fast and worked steadily. The staff was very friendly and we had nothing to complain. An 7-11 was right across the street and some nice restaurants are near, too. We could park our scooter right behind the house. We can highly recommend it!

Its a simple hotel, expect nothing fancy but a clean, well managed accommodation!

Clean Good location

Much smaller than it seems in the pictures, ok for one person on a short start but that is because there is not much space to put your clothes and your luggage. Good curtains for the sun but it would be nice to have a second set to prevent everyone to see you from the outside
