Excellent stay within 10 minutes of walk from Karon Beach. Big enough room with a small attached balcony and super clean washroom. Though our room was on the road side but never felt disturbed. Necessary amenities are provided, along with set menu breakfast between 6.30 to 10.00am. Staff are good enough to provide any assistance. Plenty of eateries are nereby with many options. 500THB is needed at the time of check in. Definitely a worthy stay with family.

Property was lovely and smelled fresh. Room were big and bright. Staff were super organised and friendly. Great breakfast, possibly the best banana pancakes I’ve had. Try massage place across the road, staff were brilliant.

The property was a 15 minute walk from the beach. The map showed a cut through but you couldn’t use it. We walked to beach no problem but got a tuktuk home when it was hot. No big deal. Easy walking into main town for dinner in evening as slightly cooler.

Noise cancellation is poor between rooms and from street, there is a rule to be quite in 21-8 night period, but it does not seem to be enforced and controlled There is a little deposit for room, not a big deal, but it kinda cancel comfort from full prior online payment

Still be one of the best choice for family room, the bed is comfortable and big enough for 4 of us, reasonable price included breakfast set, this is my third time staying here, i feel like i come back to my home town and the staff are my family 😂, thank you for all the good service and hope to be back again soon 🩵

Only This time is No water heater in the bath, hope in the future the hotel will bring it back, i would say that’s the best part for a family room 🥰

Night staff, the man sleeping at the reception was a bit irritable when we asked him for help with locking our door..Also air-conditioning was loud and thr display on it was shining very bright at night, fridge very loud. Careful with meals in the cafe downstairs as we had curry, rice for one person and noodles for the other and both had to run to the loo straight after lol. Had coffees and teas they're fine.

Family room is big and comfortable for 4 of us, there is wash and dry clothes shop downstair, walking to the beach around 20-30min, but recommend to rent a motorbike for your trip, so u can drive and look around, the room at garden view is quiet than the room at the city view, this is my second time stayed here, thank you for all stuff, friendly and helpful ☺️

This time in our room got so many Ant 🥹 and smells of cigarettes from people who smoked downstairs come up when we open the door

The room is very spacious, you have all the necessities. It is close to the beach, restaurants and several massage parlors.

You have to pay a deposit, I haven't seen such thing in any hotels that I stayed. There are no elevators. The toilet is facing directly to the shower head, it is very easy to wet the toilet seat and toilet paper.

Hotel is quite enough for active travellers, the best money/value I've found. Have personal parking, 24 hour laundry on the fist floor and massage salon (don't know about the quality). For additional payment in the morning cold be served breakfasts (100-180 THB). Rooms with garden view are awesome! From the 4 floor the are even with partly sea view)) Rooms are cleaned on the the request (door labels), we were satisfied with quality of the cleaning. Beds are very big and comfortable to sleep (even together with 4 years child). For the whole vacation we didn't here any noise from the other rooms. Overall hotel is very quite and cosy.

Rooms on the road sometimes are noise in the late evening (bikes or tuk-tuks riding with loud music).

Rooms cleaned daily if wanted, toiletries and 2 x water given daily. Location was good and a short walk to the lovely beach 🏖️ . Free coffee from the coffee machine given until 10 am, and free hot chocolate till 12. Free towels given to be used at the beach also. We extended our stay & will definitely stay here again. Also, there is a good (fair priced) restaurant with lovely staff that we used many times called Ging restaurant which is on the road to the beach 🏝️ . Enjoy 😀
