Big and comfortable bedrooms, water provided to you daily. Very big terrace with amazing ocean views. Staff is always ready to help and assist, excellent customer service. They are super fast in everything you may need. Towels provided for pool and different towels provided for beach, to make the experience more comfortable. Amazing pool, very nice sun beds. Morning shuttle from hotel to beach, by foot is 15 min in a street full of places to shop or eat. Amazing street food/ restaurant just in front of the hotel. Just as tip, on your departure as procedure for check out they need to check and verify that you leave the room properly. They don’t need more than 2-5 min. But if you are leaving in a rush because taxi or bus is waiting. Planned your departure with 5 extra minutes.

The hotel is quite big and in general it's clean. Breakfast is ok and the swimming pool is cozy.

My room is in the building C which is very far from the reception requiring the use of 3 different lifts. Not really comfy as during peak hours it can take up to 10 minutes to exit the hotel waiting for the lifts. The general state of the room is ok, but some renovation is needed in the bathroom-

We had a Sea view room over the area of Karon beach, very good location, close to shops, great street food across the road, laundromat at device station next door. We were on the 6 floor of buildingC. Would book this room again. Free bus to beach also. Great breakfast, room service excellent.

It’s a busy part of Karon area, but worth it.

The room was gorgeous with a nice view of the sea. It was spacious, modern, clean, huge comfy bed, nice balcony and the bathroom was lovely too. The pool area was really nice, never struggled to get sunbeds even though it was small. The food at the cafe was good too. We loved the breakfast that was included. Staff were fantastic.

The only thing we didn't really like was the location to be honest! But that's our fault for not researching more before we came. I think there are nicer areas on Phuket with more to do. There was a beach and a couple of markets. Old Town was much better for markets though.

Loved this place - would recommend to all! The service on arrival was amazing, providing us with a fresh, cold drink and arranging for our bags to be taken to our rooms. We got a room upgrade and the rooms were pristine, with big balconies overlooking the pool and had a space to dry clothes. Tea/coffee/kettle provided was a bonus. The gym was basic but personally didn’t need much more. The pool space was very nice and the staff were super attentive, even taking drinks orders from the pool and bringing drinks out. We had breakfast one of the days which was a buffet consisting of both hot and cold food and drinks - all absolutely brilliant. The hotel is situated on a hill and around a twenty minute walk from the beach but as such the hotel runs a free shuttle to and from the beach and there are restaurants/bars all along the hill if you don’t want to walk as far down as the beach of an evening so it really is ideally located. Would love to go back - we adored this place.

Cannot think of a thing - everything was spot on!

Breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of food. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The cleaning service was satisfactory. Near the hotel, there are several good cafes, a convenience store (7-Eleven), massage salon and a fruit kiosk. The shuttle service is punctual and takes only five minutes to reach the beach. While the beach is public, it is well-maintained. You can rent an umbrella and two sunbeds for 200 Baht.

They are only provided with 2 bottles of water (0.5 liters each) per day. When we request a refill, each additional bottle of water costs 30 Baht. We find this uncomfortable, especially since it is very hot outside, and people usually consume more water. It's not reasonable to charge for water; at the very least, there should be access to filtered water for free.

We really enjoyed our stay at IKON! We booked 3 rooms and found that all 3 rooms were quite spacious and the facilities were great, we had great views of the scenary from our rooms. The staff (and overall customer service) at IKON were incredible and very attentive - everyone was extremely friendly and made our stay comfortable! We found that the shuttle to and from the beach was very neat as well as the free towel burrowing service. The accomodation is neatly positioned close to Karon Beach as well as a couple of restaurants, not to mentioned, a few steps away is a gas station which had a 7-Eleven. We really enjoyed breakfast and the change in menu every morning! Everything was neat and made our stay very enjoyable :)

Not a problem for us but the rooms are in open hallways, we were just a bit surprised when we arrived. Not a major problem for the most part, but the rooms are not soundproof, we could hear our neighbours...

The room was very clean and spacious, cleaned every day, liked the hotel design overall. Nice smelling toiletries and body lotion. I liked the room style and the view (we had a pool view). The location was a bit far from everything, but otherwise it was calm area with some cheap restaurants and massage salons around. The shuttle to the Karon beach (one of the best I visited) was very useful, beach and pool towels provided. Small, but nice pool area and comfy breakfast zone.

I didn’t like the breakfast, the choice was small and the food was not that tasty, rather plain I would say, but the eggs were perfect though and selection of fruit was nice. Coffee machine that makes you instant coffee was a complete disappointment 😔 No option for water refill, just two bottles of water in the room. Air conditioner didn’t work in the gym and it smelled moldy, didn’t use it. The price was rather expensive during high season.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice pool and restaurant area.

Restaurant closes very early 5pm so no options to buy food or drinks after that. Have to walk for a while to get to good restaurants towards the beach.
