The staff is great, the property is a good value. The location is fairly close to Karon and Kata Beach, they offer a 10 AM shuttle to Karon. The onsite restaurant is fabulous with a view, but several flights of stairs to get to and only open until 6:00pm The nearby restaurant is incredible for dinner - E-san Roysoaw Restaurant, we are there nearly every night for $10-15 USD for our family of four. The room was comfortable, big and they brought in a 3rd for my son. The pool is nice with a great view!

My only comment to the staff was there was cat poop on the pool deck our entire stay, despite asking four different staff members to have it cleaned. It was a small thing, but every day we sat on the pool deck we were staring at it. Simple thing to take care of and wasn't done for 8 nights!

The place is exceptional for the price. Everything was great, a true resort. When I asked for an extra pillow, no problem and no charge. Same for an extra blanket. The beach is about a 20 min walk, but the hotel provided a free shuttle service to karon beach at 10:00 am. The owner Nicoli himself even gave us a ride once. The air conditioning worked great. There was no smell of smoke. The pool was great. The cleaning staff provided new water bottles, coffee and cleaned and changed the blankets, for the room everyday. The soap for washing your hair is high quality. The beds were comfortable. The TV had many chanels with different languages. Here is a couple good suggestions. 1) If you want to exchange your money, the best place i found is a money changer called airport exchange. The money changer is not in the airport but about a 3 minute walk outside the Phuket airport. The rates are unbeatable with no service fee. From the airport you can take the bus for 100 bhats to almost every place going south with smart bus. 2) If you want to rent a motorcycle you can at about 200 bhats per day. But if you don't have an international motorcycle drivers licence, you can and probably will be fined. Police check points are set up at almost every popular destination. And they are targeting foreigners. So you might wish to take the free shuttle service at 10 am and then take the smart bus to where ever you would like to go. The smart bus charges 100 bhats one way anywhere from the airport to the south of the island. The smart bus also has 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 day passes. 3) Another way to get around phuket is to download the indrive app. 4) The best beach we found was the Kata beach.

The hotel was clean, welcoming and organised. The grounds are maintained to a high standard and the gardens are well looked after. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to look after their guests. Very good team work at this stunning hotel and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Not too crowded and surrounded by a beautiful scenery. Swimming pool was clean and had a bar with affordable refreshing drinks. Pool towels provided by the hotel, which can be changed when needed. The bar lady was very accommodating and gave us the perfect service. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel with amazing dinner and breakfast options that are value for money. We stayed in the budget friendly bus at the hotel, which was cosy and comfortable. Water bottles provided daily, kettle with coffee and mugs also provided. House keeping did a great job and were polite and very respectful. The lady at reception was so kind and friendly and spoke very good English. She is a credit to the hotel. (Short hair, can't remember her name) I would like to thank all the staff that helped me when my rented vehicle broke down and treated me like family. Top quality customer service, beautiful hotel and staff.

Need a bigger illuminated sign with name of hotel at entrance. It is difficult to spot at night even slightly tricky to see during the day.

Lovely little resort in Karon away from the really busy area. Visited in March, sun-beds available everyday, lovely little pool bar on site with really friendly staff. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious, kept cool with AC and a nice balcony as well. Good showers, hairdryers in rooms as well as a fridge. Convenient location next a 7/11, fruit stall and a cafe, 5-10 minute walk from lots of different restaurants and a 20 minute walk from the beach.

Only thing was the pool bar shut at 8pm, would be amazing if it stayed open a little later!

Pool area was nice and the restaurant next door was very good and great value for money.

Some information in the room about the hotel services, such as the shuttle bus, would have been useful

The property is super clean! Didn’t see any cockroaches didn’t see any pests at all! The room service is excellent. The staff comes in to clean every day on time. Hasn’t been a single day when I felt like the staff weren’t doing their best to make our trip perfect. The receptionist Bua was an absolute delight! She gave excellent recommendations for attractions, helped us book trips, suggested excellent activities throughout the trip, helped us iron out the wrinkles with some problems in our event bookings. Absolutely would stay again

The breakfast option isn’t a lot but then again, it’s very filling and worth the price

The resort is located slightly away from the beach and the main area of Karon which makes it ideal for some quiet and peace. The budget room was smaller than other hotels but very nice and tidy and more than enough for a solo traveller.

They only accept cash even at the bar. Most of my expenses were on a travel card which I could not use there.

We had an amazing stay. Location was perfect. Accommodation had everything we needed. Little restaurant on the hill did amazing coffee and the view was very calming. Pool had plenty of beds and seating anytime of the day. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We stupidly left behind some items of clothing and they were exceptionally helpful in posting them on your our next hotel without charge. Keeping us updated all the time. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature , in high hill. Very quite place with nice infrastructure , a plus to the swimming pool and the outside restaurant witch has a pleasant view. The Bus rooms are very cool design and have a table and chairs for you enjoy yourself.

The tick tock of the noise , from some kind of electricity supply. It was hidden but can be heard. And the shower was so difficult to set to a nice temperature, and also the pressure of the water was very light. This was really annoying.

Very comfortable bed, lovely staff, cleaned everyday with water supplied everyday, small tv kettle hair dryers available in room and lovely air con in the double standard I stayed in with nice outdoor garden balcony with chairs and table, free shuttle to and from beach, beautiful views from the pool in a jungle atmosphere, very reasonable prices to stay here

Would be a struggle for anyone with difficulties walking on incline, the resort is up a bit of a hill and then lots of steps no elevators, a bit old fashioned no smart tv and the tiles in the bathroom are dangerously wet from the shower with no bathroom mat. I slipped a few times even after drying with a towel
