We've booked 2 rooms types, Superior & Standard. This lovely hotel is in excellent location. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, we felt relaxed with completely at home. The room was very spacious, featuring a separate living room, dinning area and bedroom. The air-conditioning was efficient, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and calm. The beautiful garden added to the serene atmosphere. We had a nice view from windows, and many beautiful paintings by the hotel owner, Mr. Paul, adorned the walls. The Wi-Fi connection was EXCELLENT. The hotel is just 5-minutes walk to the beach and is convenientl located near a restaurant, 7Eleven, Bank, Pharmacy, and fruits shop. A local bus to Phuket town stops right in front of the resort. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAYING HERE!

STOP your search for a hotel and book this one NOW ! This is the best possible place we could have ended up at in karon or all of Phuket! It is not far from the beach, the perfect short walk . This is a quiet, beautiful place with the most lovely people . PAUL at the front desk was the most pleasant person we met and was more than helpful in so many ways. When we would leave the hotel for the beach he gives us fresh towels to take every time. He gave us a beach mat for our whole stay. I wish I could have never left. Thank you Paul ! Not one thing it was perfect !

Nice large room with beautiful garden view. The room was really pacious with sperate dining area, living area and bed room, bathroom and toilet were separated. Nice heavy rain shower, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was new, quiet, excellent wifi. We enjoy the birds sounds in the garden that feel likely home atmosphere. The host was absolutely exceptional, very polite and helpful. Friendly staff. Very good location close to everything. Overall great place to stay and value for money. We will definitely recommend to our friends and stay again.

Very comfortable stay! Our room was clean and spacious, with nice view over the garden. Hotel is situated in short walking distance from the Karon beach, yet quiet and peaceful. In the room we had all necessary amenities, including little kitchen. Recommended!

It was wonderful to staying here😍 The owner and the staff were amazing. They provided the best services. Great location in the Karon Beach. Spacious room with all the equipment and facilities you could need. Airconditioner was new, quiet, very clean, strong shower, there were no mosquitoes in the room. Great wifi connection and a good value. Garden was very beautiful with good mantanence. We would hightly recommend to.stay at this lovely place. Everything was perfect!!

THE HOTEL IS SHOT WALK TO THE BEACH, VERY BIG ROOM WITH VERY COMFORTABLE BED, QUIET, CLEAN, DECORATED WITH PAINTINGS BY THE HOTE OWNER, BEAUTIFUL GARDEN, GREAT LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING. I LIKE EVERYTHINGS HERE, NOTHING I DON'T LIKE.

We spent amazing 4 weeks in Phuket. The host was really kind and helpful. Along the territory there is a beautiful garden with flowers. 4 cute cats are walking around. The location is great, at the quite place by Karon beach, surrounded by lots of good cafes and restaurants.

Wi-Fi connection was weak, though the host was trying to fix it. Also, my sink clogged in one moment, but it was fixed very quickly. I would also recommend to add a shelf to store clothes, there is not enough place for it.

Uncomfortable pillows.

The owners very polite, helpful and attentive. The grounds very beautiful, and although it is on the main road, for some reason you don't hear the street noise. Nice reception area. Homely decor. Walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants

Such beautiful gardens right outside, but I felt separated from it. You need to keep your curtains shut for privacy, and doors shut not to let mosquitos in, so I felt a little bit like in a cage. I would love to enjoy the view of the nature. The balcony very small and not comfortable to sit on. Very powerful AC, which for me was too cold. blowing right on the bed, or too hot without - I would much more prefer to have windows opened for the night, but not possible - you can only leave the doors open.

I am so happy that I discovered this place for my stay in Phuket! Paul is a phenomenal host and is so considerate of all the details that make for an amazing vacation. My rooms (I ended up returning for a second stay) were impeccably clean, and I really appreciated the array of amenities available (dishes, cutlery, towels, good coffee, and even some cookies!). This was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip to Thailand, and I will definitely be back!
