We stayed there with a 3 years old and a 18 months old. They provided a cot for us which was great. During our stay, we had a cleaner everyday and water bottles were provided for all family. Our kids loved pool. There were a few different depth so it was perfect for them to play! We could do late check out to get ready for our night flight with no extra cost as the room was still available on the day. Not to mention, all stuff were so lovely and morning buffet was great!

We had a stroller and our room was a second floor with only stairs to go up and down. We had to carry the stroller with our kid in it every time. It would be great if there was a family room especially with baby/infant on the ground floor considering a stroller, amount of stuff we have and have to carry. A shower drain speed wasn't great and nearly flooded to the bathroom floor.

We liked the attention from the staff at any given time. Addressed our specific requests and food was delicious and in big portions.

The pool and the pool staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent visit. The family room was excellent.

Rooms are spacious and are kept clean every day. Swimming pool is the main attraction of this hotel. Very scenic pool with jacuzzi in different areas. There is also a bar in the pool managed by the barman Gunn. He is very sociable and friendly and ready to make you a cocktail or drink anytime!

Our room was in the first floor leading directly to the pool. I would not recommend staying the first floor as you have to keep the curtains closed at all times and it is also close to the breakfast room so noise might waken you up in the early morning. Location is close to the main area in Kata, however road leading to this area is dangerous to walk by as it is a 4 lane road.

The room, the staff, the pool, almost everything. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast room could be better. It‘s not bad. The food is still delicious, but the breakfast area is usually pretty hot due to the pancake machine and the live omelette station. Extra star for the hotel though - On the rooftop they have urban gardening, where they grow some of their own veggies, that we get to eat for breakfast, so that‘s very nice ☺️🙏🏽

I really liked the place ,room was clean with everything that I need , breakfast so fresh and delicious, air con was great, daily house keeping, with bottle of water everyday , shuttle service free to go to the beach what was 12 minutes walking ( but if u are to lazy ) quiet and nice location, there are bus to go everywhere just few minutes walking ( to the old town, to the beach’s near bye, and to go to Phuket airport smart bus for 100 bath , what saved me 1000 bath on grab ) , swimming pool was great and nice size , lots of restaurants and 7 eleven around, after 5 different hotels in Thailand, that was my favourite, thank u for everything

friendly staff - very good breakfast with a lot of options - comfortable beds - drinking water was provided - beach towels can be changed every day - beautiful garden with swimming pool - you can easily reach another beach Kata from here

we would like to suggest to place a mirror in the room - we also missed a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels - it would be nice to have a small broom provided so people can clean feet or shoes from sand - also we stayed at the ground floor with a terrace and people could see through our windows. Reflective film on the window can be a solution, so the guests can see outside, but nobody can see inside. - music at the pool bar can be a little more relaxing and not so loud - you can hear everything in the room and if you want to have a quick nap during the day, it might be difficult

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is a lovely size and is well maintained too. The bed was really comfy. And the breakfast had a good selection.

The location is a bit weird. If you like to walk to places, then you have to walk right beside the main road which is like a motorway and is super scary at night. The taxis are expensive in Phuket! The hotel should run a frequent shuttle to the main towns not just twice in the morning to Kara + Karon Beaches. The rooms could do with a makeover, they are bit run down and you pay a lot anyway! Also very popular with Russian tourists. Wish we stayed somewhere that was a bit quieter like the east side of Phuket. Overall, the hotel is good if you like to just stay by the pool all day.

I really liked my room and the pool was beautiful. There was everything in the room that I needed - universal plug in the wall , fridge , large comfy bed.

I didn’t like the location at all . Not the property’s’ fault but it was on a very busy road and the walk to the beach was a bit dodgy as there was no pavement to speak of. It was also quite a steep hill to climb with a suitcase so I would recommend door to door airport transfer if mobility is an issue. I did the public bus which was a fraction of the cost The property did offer a courtesy bus to the beach in the morning though . The other guests were very unfriendly.. they all seemed to be a the same certain nationality!! Again , not the property’s fault
