-Good location - not among other hotels and not far away from the beach. Two 7-11 nearby, including all other shops and services (exchange, massage, etc.). A bit too long walk from reception to rooms, but no high hills, which is a big plus. -Friendly staff. -Good rooms with modern furniture. -Two big swimming pools. -Private parking for your motorbike or car. -Room with pool access - very comfortable.

For this price, I expect: - Various breakfast choices - more cheese, sausages and bakery. Second coffee machine was broken for the whole week, but it didn't actually matter, because coffee was a disaster. - Regular room service. Service wasn't provided even upon the call to reception, had to wait for a few days. - Properly working appliances. Our AC made a lot of loud noises at night (looked like a short circuit). Room card holder broke after a few days and needed a replacement (which was done quite quickly tbo). - Two room cards for each guest for free! Had to obtain second card with a deposit. - There is no space for all your bathroom belongings - no shelves or hooks, which was annoying.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was super clean, the rooms were so comfortable and spacious. The staff were really lovely and so helpful. The resort was inbetween Karon and Kata beach so easy to explore both areas. Short walk to Kata beach and to restaurants close by. Quite a touristy area but quiet. Buffet breakfast was so delicious with lots of variety

The actual spa part - we paid for 1 hr massages but were interrupted by phone calls and people walking in so staff had to keep stopping and starting. Probably only got like 40 mins of a massage.

We really enjoyed our 8 night stay at Aurico. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool is huge, with a swim up bar and was perfect in the Phuket heat. The breakfast had a lot of international and Thai options, and we especially loved the egg and noodle station. The hotel is in a convenient location - close to restaurants and shops, but it also felt quiet and private.

The gym opened at 9am, it would be great if it opened earlier. This was only a minor and it didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay.

The room and resort was lovely. We had a pool access room which we would highly recommend. The staff were polite and helpful. A special thanks to Sa who worked at the swim up bar for her exceptional service. She went out of her way to make sure we were being attended to at all times. The pool was beautiful and spacious. The location suited us and the resort had a shuttle to the kata beach every day which we used.

As mentioned in previous reviews there was no bacon at breakfast, which we missed but as we’d already heard of this we were prepared. Also previously mentioned only 1 keycard for each room so have to organise yourselves.

Big room and variety of breakfast everyday and all the staffs is very accommodating and friendly.

Had a pool access room, amazing option so convenient to just walk out on the patio area of your room and straight in the pool, area was quiet,

sometime throughout the night could hear what appeared to the other room occupants scraping chairs legs across the floor, maybe put foot stoppers on the bottom chair legs to stop noise

Nothing to dislike

This property is such a lovely place to stay with family. The location is lovely and walking distance from both Kata and Karon beaches. It is about a 20mins drive of key tourist areas such as Patong, so if someone is keen to explore those areas as a primary objective, better to stay at Patong Beach. We had a great time here, the staff was very helpful and kind.. the pool is absolutely amazing and they have a pool bar which makes everything just better! They have pool rings available by the pool which people can use to relax and a dedicated spot for little kids as well. Perfect location and property for a relaxing family holiday!

The breakfast is limited for vegetarians/vegans. Some more options would have been helpful.

Very good breakfast with wide choice of Asian and European food ( eggs station..). Always available 3 types of fruits: watermelon, pineapple and either dragon fruit or melon. Very attentive and supportive lady on the breakfast who remembered that I need soya milk as can't drink the lactosa ones. Good restaurant with affordable prices for dinner.The young waiter (boy) was very flexible and supportive during the dinner. We liked Karon beach more than Kata, especially if you walk further opposite to Kata direction. It's about 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. We used Sweet Lemongrass Massage 5, just on the street close to the hotel as found it more comfortable, ladies don't sit outside waiting for ctms...

Better clean the room. Put bottle of soya or oat milk at the breakfast so people who can't drink lactosa can use it without asking. To attract people to visit your restaurant I suggest to show at the entrance first Asian food, pasta, pizza and only then expensive steaks ... We discovered by chance that prices are better than in similar aircon, nice restaurants ( not street food) and food is tasty. You can have traditional Thai dishes at 180-200 batt, if you compare the restaurant On The Rock ( Karon beach) it's almost twice cheaper. But when you see an empty restaurant with price for steaks at entrance you consider it as expensive which is not at the end. Add papaya, bananas, mango for breakfast. The fruits which we had were good but being in Thailand you miss more.
